Chapter 10

"That can't be Lady Aphmau! Can it?" Laurence questioned unsure of what to do, "No, she's been stronger when she fights me, and she's been acting weird lately" Garroth contemplated, "Do you think that's why she's been acting strange?" Laurence asked, "Maybe" Garroth mumbled.

"I can't... I'm going back to the village to tell Zoey" Laurence burst in anger, she stomped off out the door and into the forest. garroth turned to where Laurence ran then back to the bar where Aphmau was, she was laughing and chatting with people, she didn;t even notice them in the crowd.

Garroth turned around and went to chase after Laurence, the rough leaves hitting their faces as they're a through the thick forest, "Laurence comes back! I don't think this is the way!" pleaded Garroth, "Are you sure? I thought we came this way!" Laurence called back.

"What is that!?" cried Garroth looking ahead, "What is wha-" Laurence was cut off from being slung across the forest, "Laurence!!" cried Garroth, a large silver rock monster stood in front of him, Garroth whipped out his sword from his belt and aimed it at the monster, he deflected one of the monsters strikes but before he could recover he was slung across the forest with Laurence.

Wendy's POV

"Hurry up Carla! We'll be late for Jess's weekly performance!" I whined as Carla walked towards me, "Be patient child" she said as she lifted me off the ground and up into the sky, we flew over the lush forest of Magnolia.

"Carla look!" I cried pointing a spot in the forest "What is it child?" she questioned, "2 men! the monsters going to kill them!" I cried, Carla and I rushed down the ground but before I could help the man he was slung over onto the ground by the monster.

"Sky dragon! ROAR!" I yelled at the top of my lungs, a hard gush of wind blew the monster away, I ran over to the men on the ground, they were bruised and wounded.

i tried healing them but nothing happened, Calra and I dragged them to the guild and took them to the infirmary with the guidance of Master Makarov and Mirajane.

The 2 men were unconscious on the beds, "What happened?" Makarov asked, "I found them trying to fight a monster in the forest" I explained, "did you try healing them?" Mira asked, "Yes but nothing worked," I said concerned.

"That is because they are not from around here" Makarov said, "What do you mean?" Mira and I questioned, "They have the same aura as Jessica, what I'm trying to say is they must have followed Jess through the portal and teleported here" he explained, "We should tell Jess," I said "She is the only one who can heal them too" Mira said as she walked to the door.
