Chapter 37 | How About You?

"What about you?" He asks. I look down. "If I tell you... you might think I'm lying. And of I tell you, I might be in danger," I warn him. "Don't worry, I'll listen to you," He reassures me. I sigh. "You know how I said I'm nothing without him? Your him in another life." I tell him. He nods. "Well my name is Jessica Aphmau Divine Phoenix," I say. He looked at me with amazement. "The daughter of Irene and Enki,"

"Aphmau..," He says sympathetically. "Do you know how hard it is? To live another life where your love doesn't know you? Where he doesn't love you?" I cry. "I know you've gone through a lot of pain, but this is over the top." Aaron says.

"Its okay nobody understands, when all of your family is dying before you. Therefore that's why I have the relics of my brother, sister, and parents. They died right infront of me." I sob even more. He puts his arm right on my back.

"Aphmau... I know I'm the son of The Shadow Lord, but... how did I die?" He asked. "You also died right infront of me. But by your sister." I answer. "Your father had ordered to kill everyone except Luna and I mean including your sister. Marvella was even killed. Melissa didn't even exist." "Aphmau there needs to be a way to bring them back," Aaron says determined. "I've tried Aaron! Trust me I've been waiting for the perfect moment and way to bring them back. Nothing has worked! And the thought that your own sister killed you!" I cry. He held me close to him.

"Aaron I can't bare to see everyone suffer because of me! My selfishness! My love for you. Past or Present I still love you Aaron." I tell him. "Jessica... I love you too," Aaron confesses. He kisses me and I kiss back after we separated for air.

She broke her promise. I can't believe her and hear I thought she cared about him. Well, I can't let her get away with it.
