Warped Love

Seattle/Summer day 5

We arrived in Seattle at 6 a.m. this morning. I woke up first which was great because that meant I got to get ready first. We were heading to meet the band at their trailer at 8. I walked in the bathroom took a shower straightened my hair brushed my teeth and put on makeup. I put on a pair of black jean shorts and a gray cropped halter top with a white cardigan with black feathers on it. I walked out of the bathroom and started making cereal. Everyone started waking up and getting ready I made me and Aria water bottles. Someone started knocking on our trailer door. I walked over and opened it. It was Denis. "Hey Denis come in" "Hey America I was wondering I should probably get your number just in case the band needs you or something" "yeah sure thing" I gave him my number and he gave me his. "I was wondering if you wanted to help with the set list" "Yeah definitely that sounds fun but we aren't supposed to meet for another hour are you sure you don't want to do it then" "well yeah, umm do you wanna maybe hang out and check out Seattle till then" "Sure"

I grabbed my shoes and we left the trailer.  Denis called an uber and they dropped us more in town. We walked around and grabbed some coffee. "This city is so pretty I love the city" denis said "Yeah its truley amazing" We walked past some art work "OOO do you mind taking a picture of me infront of it "Denis said while jumping around. "Your such a little kid" I laughed I took his picture and he looked at it."Its missing something" "what" I asked. "you come take one with me for the instagram" "I don't know Denis" "Pppppllleeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssssseeeeee" "Fine but Im not facing the camera" "why not" "I don't need 400,000 people seeing my lil ugly ass" "You can't possibly think your ugly" "Denis I own mirrors" "Your being goofy" "let's just take the picture" He asked a lady to take our picture I hid behind him a little bit so my head peered just above his shoulder as I stood on my tippy toes. He grabbed his phone "See you look perfect" "That's because my body and half of my face isn't in the picture" "America not trying to be weird or whatever but your so beautiful and I don't get how you don't see it" "I appreciate that Denis I just don't maybe I will someday" "I wish I could show you" he looked down and scratched his neck "Thank you" I said trying to hide me blushing

I checked my clock it was 7:45am "we better get back to the venue" I told him. So denis called another uber and they picked us up. On the way to the venue Denis told me how he first got into music and his passion and love for it. I talk a lot but for once I could actually listen. I could listen to him talk for hours. We got to the venue and we walked to Askings trailer. As we walked in I saw Arianna and James talking I winked at her as she just laughed and shook her head.

"America just the girl I was looking for" "Hi ben" "Do you mind cooking us some pancakes while we make the set list?" "Sure thing" I started making them some pancakes while they all sat down and made the set list. Denis mouthed the words sorry about him and I just mouthed back its fine. I gave them all their pancakes and they ate and I took care of their dishes and made them all their water bottles. Arianna just sat by them and talked to James the whole time but it didn't bother me I enjoyed working as weird as that sounds. 

We all started walking down to the left foot stage for a sound check and to get all their instruments and mic ready. Warped tour started and Asking was scheduled to play at noon that day. As I finished getting everything ready I sat down and Denis sat next to me "I see your working hard" "Yes I am" "Why don't you take a break I would love to see some sets with you after we are on" "Sounds fun but your meet and greet is at 4 and I have to help with moving everything back in the trailer" "That won't take long though" "you're right I'll probably have some spare time." "Promise you will watch me?" "Of course Denis" 

They went on and they were great they even got a death wall going. The crowd was so hype. The boys ran off and I got sweaty hugs. Lastly came denis and he picked me up and swung me around while the other rowdy starting grabbing all their stuff. "You were amazing Denis" he set me down "I try my hardest" I playfully punched him "Well all the hard work is paying off" "Lets go watch some sets" "Sounds great" then Cameron came running up " America I need your help I need another water can you grab one in front of the barricade cause I don't wanna deal with fans" "Sure I'll be ready in a sec Denis" "Okay" I grabbed  a water for Cameron and gave it to him."You ready Denis?" he said nothing he just grabbed my hand and ran. We ended up watching 3OH!3, BMTH, FIR, MIW, Attila, SWS I met the boys in the band as well. Kellin and Chris was especially sweet and Ronnie and Fronz were hilarious. I ended up becoming good friends with most of them.

It was time for the meet and greet so we headed to the Asking tent. All the guys were there along with Arianna. We chatted while they did there thing occasionally we would get them new sharpies or waters. I took A few pictures for some people as well. After the meet and greet the band decided to get some food Denis asked if I wanted to come but I said no I wasn't in the mood to go out to eat. "Well if you dont go out to eat with us you musttt hang out with us when we get back" "Alrighty Denis whatever you want" "thank youuu"

I was walking around there was only about 3 hours left of warped and then I heard a voice calling my name. "Americaaaaaaa" It was Kellin. "Oh hey Kell" "Where's Asking?" "Oh they went out to eat" "so sinceeee your all alone do you wanna maybe watch a few sets with me?" "Absoultlyy". Kellin and I walked around we saw state champs, good charlotte crown the empire, and set it off. We danced around talk to the bands I could tell me and Kellin were gonna become great friends I feel like a child when I'm him. 

I got a text from Denis

Hey America come to the place where its all slippery and wet 

I see what you mean me and kell are on our way

I grabbed Kellins hand and ran to the giant slip in slide there I saw Denis and the rest of the boys and Denis grabbed me and we ran down together we were laughing then all of a sudden the rest of the guys and Aria and Kellin all slide in and we were all soaked laughing our heads of like idiots. The in the distance we saw Ronnie So we all got up and ran over to him and got him soaked. 

The day was ending we were walking back to the Asking's trailor when Denis said something to me "Gosh America you make me so happy whenever your around its weird I'm supposed to be emo" I blushed. "My bad" "Can I ask you something" "of course anything" "Tomorrow do you maybe wanna go on a date" his voice craked I could tell he was really nervous "I'dlove to" he let out a big breathe "SHE SAID YES BOYSSSS" I laughed as they all picked me up and chanting Denins gets a chance. I walked back in my trailor and got ready for bed with a smilie on my face for the rest of the night I couldn't wait till tomorrow after the show.

Denis POV

She said yes I was sooo excited I can wait I knew America and I had a connection and the fact that I might have chance with her makes me so excited. When I'm with her theres no boring moments. Granite its been 2 days since I met her this date will help me get to know her even better. I have no idea how I could get a crush this fast on someone but I geuss shes one of a kind and I don't want to let a chance like this go by because she's something special
