HI! Me again. This is the song that provided my inspiration for this mystery. Also, if you are reading my other work, sorry, it might be a while until i figure out what to do.
Probably tomorrow.
Anyway, enjoy this story! I like how it's going so far.******
"Lilly!" Erza yelled, dropping her book, running to the once blue couch. Amelia, the one behind it all, silenced her melody.
And no one expected it. Not even her sister, who heard everything.
Gamorah was speechless. She had head of people doing this while reading past reports, but they never said anything about feeling responsible. Even more so the crushing guilt.
"Gamorah?" Ethan gently asked, noticing her usual light gone. It was like a dark shadow had suddenly shrouded her, blotting out any of the light she once had. He touched her arm, and she flinched, not expecting to be comforted.
Because the one they were supposed to catch was dead.
And it was all my fault. she thought, looking at Ethan. He looked at her with sad eyes, but he was still trying to comfort her.
Something, she thought she didn't deserve.
"Gamorah!" he yelled, watching as she acted on impulse, bolting out of the building, past all the blues, and the occasional purple. She was in he street now, in front of the car they drove here. Her legs, which had bolted her out of the house in mere seconds, collapsed underneath her. She was crying now, the tears streaming down her face. She curled up in the fetal position, hiding her face from the world. She then heard the car door open and close.
"Hello?"she heard a soft voice call, sounding too young to be Ethan.
Unless it was the child they drove here as well.
She looked up out of her ball of self pity, and saw that it was, indeed, the child that she took care of since she found him in the closet. He then noticed that she was crying, and he did what she did for him.
He helped her in the way he knew how.
He hugged her.
Ethan then came bursting out of the house, seeming to have followed her outside. He didn't like seeing her sad. It made him feel horrible. Then he saw the scene in front of him.
She stopped crying, and the one who stopped her crying was the child she did the same to. He walked down to the pair, and then he tapped Gamoah on the shoulder.
"Oi, Gamorah, you done crying?"
Gamorah turned toward Ethan, and she smiled. "Yes, I'm done. Anyway, I need to check the scene. There was something I wanted to see."
"Let me guess, the gun she had in her purse." He stated more than he asked, handing her a bag with the gun in it. She gently detached herself from the hug and snatched the bag from his open hand. "Thank you, psychic boy. Notice anything odd while handling it?" she inquired, not looking up from the gun. "You know what, it's too dark for me to be asking that. Can you contact HQ and tell them the events of today?"
"Or, we can go to HQ and report it ourselves?"
She opened her mouth, and then shut it, glaring at Ethan.
"Why do you have to be so logical?"
"It's not logic, it's common sense. You also probably want access to the computer system there too." He replied snarkily, slightly annoyed at his partner's remark.
"Anyway, we have to take Erza with us." she said, ignoring the sass waves that emitted from her partner's statement. She ran back into the house, and in three minutes came out with a silent Erza."let's go."

They arrived at the Wysteria Police Department headquarters, where they reported in to the Cheif, named, well, Chief. (A/N: Creative, I know.) They told him what happened, and he then started asking questions.
"Are you sure that it was Amelia who was killed first?" He started, looking a little pale. They nodded.
"Then Oliver?""Yep." They replied in unison, getting tired of these stupid questions.
"Listen. Do not investigate the suicide. We'll take care of the child and sister and the bodies. But for your own health, don't do it." He warned, and then he sent them off.
Ethan looked at Gamorah.
"You're going to investigate the suicide, aren't you?"
"How'd you know?" She replied sarcastically shoving him slightly. He held her head and prevented her from doing so again. She glared at him with her arms crossed.
"Screw you."
"Sorry you're short. "
"Shut it giant."
"Sure shorty, sure."
They glared at each other, and then burst out laughing, going to their office to do the forbidden research.

Gamorah looked at the suicide weapon that Lilly used. Something felt off about it.
"Grrrr, what is it." She muttered, wanting to shake the pistol that she was inspecting, but safety first!
Then it hit her.
The pistol was small, and it was able to hold fifteen rounds. It was a 9mm Luger, to be more specific, and the magazine was sticking out of the gun, but when it was fired, it was closed. She pulled the magazine out and saw that, indeed, fourteen rounds were left, but the fourteenth round had an oddly shaped bullet. Gamorah tried to take out the bullets, and when she finally was able to get the ammunition out of the magazine, she held the last bullet in her hand. And when she touched the tip, it made a crackling sound, like something was interfering. And then she heard a voice."If you're listening to this recording, sorry to say it, but you're going to have to run. Immediately."
