I woke up to my mom and brother beside my bed. They saw my eyes open up and walked over to me talking. Why where their mouths moving but no sound was coming out? Was there something wrong with them or me.
I tried to talk to them, but I could not hear myself. My lips where moving, but no sound.
I tried to tell them I was okay. Mom looked worried. She called in a doctor. The doctor examined me but I could not hear what she said.
I pointed to my ears. I think the got it then because a new doctor came in and started looking at my ears. There was something wrong with me.
