Chapter 5

It was the end of the day and I was already worn out because of softball two periods ago. Paige was flirting with my teammates and I laughed it off remembering how she mouthed 'lovers' to me and Harry. I was walking to my car when I was stopped by someone. Harry.

"Forgot you offered me a ride?" I smiled as his accent filled my ears

"No I was just simply going to sit in my car and wait." I said to him.

But his green eyes just stared down at me with the 'your stupid' look and we both laughed. He walked around to the other side of my mustang and opened my door. He held the door open with one hand as the other was tucked in front of his stomach with his feet crossed. He bowed down to me.

"Here you are my lady." He smiled and I laughed

"Why thank you kind sir." I said as flirtatious as I could.

I got in the car and smiled to myself. The silence was broken as he opened the passenger door and climbed in.

We carried small talk in the car. And I must say that it was kind of awkward but I didn't mind! He told me about how his family moved here. I must say, his sister sounds really sweet from what he told me. He mentioned nothing about his father. But I wasn't going to ask about him.

We had been driving a while, Harry giving me instructions, an we pulled up to a very homey, and cozy looking cabin tucked away off the back road behind gorgeous scenery.

I sat in awe as I saw his eyes flick over to mine.

"You like?" He said smiling

"I love" my voice was absolutely recognizable with awe and amazement. Harry laughed and I looked over at him

"You can come in if you like? Meet my mum and sister?" He said, as his face was soft.

"Oh no I really should be getting home!" I had dinner waiting for me and my aunt had already been texting me.

"Oh it's okay! I'll see you tomorrow! Thank you for the ride!" He told me.

I held on to his last word. And I waved and honked goodbye.
