Prologue:
I've always heard that it only takes one event to change your perspective on everything, and I suppose that reigns true. Well, it does for me anyway. To be completely honest, slipping this far into hell was never something that was planned, but, like said, it only takes one event to change everything. The twist was that, in the midst of it all, I found a little piece of heaven, something that made me think I could be happy, and maybe, just maybe, I was.
