1: The New Student

3rd POV

The rumor started spreading like wild fire. Every students were talking about who the new student is. It was in the middle of the school year, and it's really rare for Serizawa Academy to have a new student. Also Serizawa Academy is one of the top schools in the country, and exclusive only for top-class family. Everyone are wondering who the new student is, since everyone in the Serizawa Academy knows everybody. Every student knows every family that goes here, which made them curious since every wealthy family they know are already enrolled in Serizawa Academy.

"Hey, have you heard, there will be a new student?" is the question of the day.

It started when Mr. Serizawa's son overheard it from his father's office, and quickly shared it to his group of friends. And somebody heard it when they were talking about it, and then in just the blink of an eye, everybody knows.

"Shukuzawa-kun, do you really not know who the new student is?" the girl with big blue eyes asked. The guy sighed, "I told you for a millionth time, Akita-san, I don't know. Just because I'm the president of the Student Council means I know everything." Akita was about to speak when it was interrupted by a knock on the door. There entered the Secretary of the Student Council, Shioya.

"Shukuzawa-san, Serizawa-san wants to see you." Daigo said as he entered the Student Office. Shukuzawa nodded as he fixed the papers on his desk before going to the President's Office.

"So what did Mr. Serizawa said?" Akita asked as soon as Shukuzawa exited the President's office.

Akita is the childhood friend of Shukuzawa. They've known each other ever since they were little. That's why, they both are very close. (But, eventhough they are really close they call each other's family name, and not their given name. And even I don't know why.)

"It's highly confidential." Shukuzawa sighed remembering what Mr. Serizawa said to him.

"Aww, come on. Tell me." she pouted stopping Shukuzawa by moving infront of him. "When we get to the office." he whispered so nobody will hear it. Everyone are waiting and wanting to know who the new student is. But, the school is great at keeping the information confidential which is why they are one of the top schools in the country. (But Mr. Serizawa's son did spread the information about having a new kid though. So I guess it's a minus points for them.)

Akita pulled Shukuzawa quickly towards their office. By the way, Akita is the Vice-President of the Student Council. "Spill..." Akita ordered that made Shukuzawa sigh in defeat.

"Tomorrow... The new student will arrive... And Mr. Serizawa wants us both to welcome her." he replied in a matter of factly tone. And walked towards his table to do some paper works.

"So who was it?" Akita turned around putting her hands on the table. Shukuzawa completely ignored her, that made her tick off. She slammed her right hand on top of the papers Shukuzawa was working on with a creepy smile planted on her face, "You do know that I hate being ignored right?"

"He didn't tell me whose transferring. But they told me-" Shukuzawa was cut off by Akita's ringing phone.

"Hello~" she sang answering the phone. As soon as she heard the voice from the other line. She gasped and pulled her phone away from her ear.

"Who was it?" instead of answering Shukuzawa, she grinned like an idiot. She sat at the nearest seat beside her. Shukuzawa looked at her curiously, he knows that she's hiding something. But he thought that it's not that important so he shrugged it off.

This school year will be interesting. Akita thought with a smug look planted on her face.

??? POV

I got my things and exited the airport. I sighed as I looked at the time on my phone. It has been awhile since I've been here. I wonder if my childhood/bestfriend still remembers me though. I chuckled with the idea of her not remembering me. Hmm, I wonder if she has the same number.

I got my phone out again and searched for the number. I grinned as soon as I found the name I was looking for.

I called it and after 3 rings she answered. "Hey, see you tomorrow." I said and didn't wait for her reply and hang up. I grinned as soon as I hang up and hailed a cab.

P.S. Serizawa's son was punished by his father as soon as he knew that the rumors was started by his son.
