Everyone was gathered in Scott's room. Scott, Stiles, Issac, Derek, Peter, Malia, Kira, Lydia, Aiden, Ethan and of course yourself. The whole pack.
Kate had come back again and this time it was serious. Lydia and Aiden had been out in the woods together and Kate tried to shoot Lydia but luckily Aidan jumped in the way. He healed within a couple of hours and was back to himself. As a group you needed to decide what to do about her. You thought to yourself that you shouldn't try and say what to do as you had only arrived last week.
Everyone was throwing around stupid ideas like make a trap. But you had a brilliant idea. Lure her into the woods with Derek once she's in the woods get Chris Argent to help capture her. If Chris could catch her then he could take her away. You kept your idea to yourself.
Everyone sat discussing what they should do then Lydia started staring at you. Soon enough Derek realised
"What's wrong Lydia?" Said Derek.
"She's got an idea" replied Lydia.
Everyone stared at you waiting for you to tell them.
You explained it to them and they all agreed that's what you would do. You all decided to split into teams to keep an eye that Kate would be were she was meant to be when she was meant to be there. Once she arrived at your spot you'd phone the person after you and so on until she made her way to Derek then Chris would be phoned. You were on the spot right next to Derek. It was your job to phone Chris. The trail started at the high school and finished in the woods. Pairs of people were scattered between the two places.
You and Derek sat for a while in silence staring at were you would soon be doing your job. Derek broke the silence.
"Have you really got over everything"
"Yes! You're making this out more than what it is. Yes you scared me for a minute but I was fine and I knew you meant no harm" you replied.
"Good" he said.
Next thing you knew Derek lips where against yours and you where engulfed by the feeling. The feeling that you knew you liked Derek.
You pulled apart and quickly got on with your duties. You hide behind a tree making sure you could still see Derek. You watched Derek as he clearly was listening to your heartbeat.
Then your phone rang. It was Stiles.
"The predator is heading to the prey" said Stiles.
"What?" You replied.
"The predator is heading to the prey" he repeated.
You then heard some moving about of the phone, then Malia's voice.
"Kate's on her way towards you"
"Thanks Malia. Speak soon" you replied.
You waited for a response from her but instead heard
"For gods sake Stiles. Why can't you just talk normally"
You laughed at the fact they hadn't hung up. You then hung up your self.
You then looked up to Derek and whispered
"She's on her way"
He gave a nod in your direction.
