Chapter 35, Break From Battle

Natsu's Pov, 

We somehow pushed the angels, vampires and Mard Geer back. The army was regrouping and slowly regaining power and health. I had put Lucy in our room, her powers before got to out of control but her being pregnant explained why. I had gotten heal by another rouge angel called Wendy. She was known as the doctor around here. She had great healing powers even though she was very young she was better than nearly every doctor out there. I made sure the door was closed before walking over to her, sitting next to her on the bed. "Natsu?" she looked at me holding her head slightly. Everything inside me was screaming to keep her safe, to lock her away somewhere until Mard Geer and the angels were dealt with. Lucy soon sat her as she had worry grow in her eyes. "A-are you alright?" she soon asked as I smiled at her putting my hand on her cheek. "I am fine, you are more important than my health right now" I soon spoke as Lucy then looked away from me.

"I-is it wise having a baby in the middle of this war?" Lucy soon asked in a whisper as used the hand I had on her cheek to move Lucy's head to face me. "No matter what our child will be fine and so will you" I saw the worry in Lucy's eyes start to calm down as I then smirked slightly moving her onto my lap. Lucy's cheeks started to go red as I moved my face closer to hers. "N-Natsu" Lucy whispered as I put my hands on her waist keeping her on my lap. I could tell by her eyes she liked this. 

Soon the door to our room burst open as I saw an angry Erza standing now in the room. I glared at her as Lucy's face went even more red. "YOU GOT HER PREGNANT" Erza shouted upset as I sighed moving my face into Lucy's neck kissing it. "How do you think I marked her Erza?" I asked before kissing Lucy's neck once more. I then looked up to see the angel looking even more pissed off. "Oh yes Jellal is alive" I soon smirked as Erza froze her cheeks starting to turn red also. Before Jellal went missing he and Erza had a one night stand.

"He should be here to regain his crown in some hours, make sure to welcome him" I soon added as Erza just nodded and left, closing the door behind her. I was the only one who knew about Erza and Jellal. Erza knew she had to keep it to herself because at the time Jellal and my father were having a privet war. "So Erza and Jellal are a thing?" Lucy asked smirking slightly as her face was calming down. "Yes" I answered moving my head from Lucy's neck to look right into her chocolate eyes.

"For now we have some time to ourselves" I soon whispered as Lucy looked at me her cheeks going a little red as I then turned, making Lucy fall to lay on her back on the bed. I was over her smirking. "N-Natsu" Lucy whispered biting her bottom lip as I saw some lust grow in her eyes. I knew she wanted me just as much as I wanted her. I couldn't help but let out a small chuckle as I moved my head to her ear. "Shall we have some fun Heartfilla?" I asked in a whisper knowing I sent a small chill down Lucy's back.
