Sara wakes up and stares around the room. The shades were drawn and Sara noticed the green walls of her bedroom back home. Sara stared at the posters of different bands she liked and pictures with friends.

Sara smiled and got out of bed and skipped downstairs. Sara walked into the kitchen and smelled pancakes. Sara made some tea and put her sugar and honey in it and smiled even brighter. As Sara stood in front of the sink, she stared out the window and watched the water in the pool shine bright from the sun's reflection.

"You had a nice home." A voice says making Sara jump.

Sara turned to see Cas watching her. "This is a dream, isn't it?" Sara asks sighing.

"Yes. It's a good one too." Cas says noticing the pain in Sara's eyes.

Sara sat in the chair at the table in front of her. The fabric on the seat felt so real. Everything was so real. It would be perfect if she had her family. Sara felt the tears starting to develop, but she stopped them and closed her eyes with a heavy sigh.

Sara opened her eyes to meet the angel's bright blue ones as he sat across from her. "Why am I here?" Sara questioned looking at the angel. "Better yet, why are you here?"

Cas stared into Sara's eyes and said, "Notice you're not in a nightmare. I came here to make sure of that."

"So you can make my nightmares go away?"

"No. I developed this dream and put it in your head."

"How did you know what my house looked like to the littlest detail?"

"That's what your mind made up. This is what your brain created."

"So all I have to do is think about home and I won't have nightmares."

"No."

"So how do I make them go away?"

"You don't."

Sara sighed and got up to walk into the living room but a hand grabbing her wrist. Sara turned to look at Cas.

"I'm sorry." Cas whispered not meeting her eyes.

"About what?" Sara questioned.

"This is almost as bad as your nightmares. You know you can't go home."

"It's relaxing. I can deal with it."

Sara pulled her arm from Cas and walked into the living room. Sara saw Cas come in behind her and sit in a chair in the corner of the room. Sara laid down on the couch and sighed taking in her surroundings.

"I need to talk to you." Cas says staring at a picture of her with her family right before they all died.

"Well now's the time. So speak away." Sara mumbled loud enough so the angel could hear her.

"You need to stop hunting."

"Why would I do that?"

"The demons, they will find you."

"I mean nothing to them."

"Sara, you can see my wings right?"

"Yeah, I already told you that Cas."

"So if you can see my wings, you would be able to see the real me and hear my real voice. You would also be able to hear me talk to you from heaven or if I was a inch from you."

"What do you mean hear you talk to me? I can hear you loud and clear right now."

"I mean you can hear me talk to you in your mind."

Sara stares at Cas and he turns his attention to her and just stared at her. 'You should wake up soon.' An unfamiliar voice said.

"Did you just say that?" Sara asks Cas who just nods.

"Now reply back." Cas ordered.

"Sassy much?" Sara retorts and Cas squints at her. "How do I even reply back?"

"Think about what you're going to say and kinda push it towards me." Cas explains.

'Why do I need to wake up soon?' Sara thinks as she closes her eyes and pushes her thought toward Cas.

"Very good. You've been asleep for three days now Sara." Cas replies.

"It worked." Sara mutters smiling to herself. "Can't I stay here a while longer?" Sara begs.

"No. Now wake up." Cas orders his features disappearing.

Sara sits up in Dean's bed and stares around the room and noticing she is back in the motel room with the two brothers and the angel was nowhere to be found. Dean and Sam run over to the now awake Sara and bombard her with questions.
