Sara stared at the two brothers as they asked a million questions at once. "I can only answer one question at a time." Sara states but her voice was quiet and her throat hurt.

"Do you need water?" Sam asks standing up quickly. Sara nods and Sam races to get her water. In the mean time, Dean examines Sara.

Sam comes back and hands Sara the glass of water as he sits back down on the bed. "How do you feel?" Dean asks eyeing Sara still as she sips her water.

"Not too much pain. Except for my throat. And my body aches, but mostly my arm." Sara tells them pointing to her right arm.

Sam picks up the sling and hands it to Sara. As Sara puts on the sling Sam asks, "Did you have nightmares?"

Sara shook her head as the boys shared a look with each other. Sara started to get out of bed but Dean got up and helped her.

"You haven't walked in awhile. I thought you might need help." Dean explains his kindness.

Sara rolls her eyes and says, "Dean, I've been asleep for three days, not years. I do appreciate your kindness though." Sara notices Dean's face turning a light pink.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and Sam gave Dean a questioning look and walked to the door. When Sam opened the door, in came Bobby mumbling insults about how stupid the boys could be and he stopped when he saw Sara.

"Are you feeling alright sweetheart?" Bobby asks walking towards her.

Sara smiles and replies, "Yeah, I'll be okay Bobby." in a hoarse voice.

Bobby then grabbed Sara and pulled her into a bone crushing hug and Sara tried not to cry out in pain. All she let out was a whimper and Bobby pulled back and looked at Sara.

"Oh Sara, I'm so sorry, I forgot you were hurting." Bobby apologizes.

Sara smiles as the pain starts to fade. "Don't worry about it Bobby."

Bobby smiles at the girl he has known longer than the boys have. Bobby met Sara when her mother was a hunter and was still alive. When her mother died Bobby and her kept in touch until Sara thought to go out on her own and they only talked every once in awhile.

Bobby had watched her grow up and grow out of her depressed and uncaring state. He watched her grow out of her obsessed with boys state. And he watched her grow into a strong woman that could live on her own and who cared about everything that wasn't something evil.

"I'm hungry." Sara whispered as her stomach growled.

'Well she has the same appetite.' Bobby thinks smiling at Sara. "Sam will go take you out and get you some food. I need to talk to Dean." Bobby says pushing Sara towards Sam.

Sam rolls his eyes and grabs Sara's uninjured arm and helped her out of the room as he grabbed the keys to the car and helped Sara into the Impala. Sam drove them to the diner Sara loved and helped her into the booth.

Sam stares out the window and Sara stares at her hands. There was a silence and Sam was fidgeting, eager to get a conversation going. "You know, I really don't know that much about you." Sam states.

Sara looks surprised and taken aback and then she nods in agreement. "What do you want to know?" Sara asks.

"What's your favorite color?" Sam asks.

"Green." Sara replies

"Favorite band?"

"Guns n' Roses."

"Favorite sport?"

"Baseball, football, or hockey."

"Favorite holiday?"

"Christmas."

"What's your favorite book?"

"Charlotte's Web or The Red Kayak." Sam gave Sara a weird look when she said Charlotte's Web and Sara shrugged and said, "It's a classic." And Sam just nodded.

"Favorite movie?"

"The Nightmare Before Christmas, Superstar, Dirty Dancing, or Pretty In Pink."

"Favorite kind of music?"

"80's pop."

"What was your brother's name?" Sara was taken aback and pained by this question and froze when she thought about her brother. "I'm sorry, you don't have to answer that." Sam mutters grabbing Sara's hand.

Sara turned to stare out the window and mumbled, "Carter, his name was Carter."

"Can I take your order?" The waitress asks making Sara jump at the sound of her voice.

She was a young red head with too much makeup on and she had a boob job. Sara laughed in her head as the girl stared at Sam as he said his order.

"And what do you want?" The waitress sneers at Sara.

"The Mac n cheese with a side of fries and a Dr. Pepper please." Sara orders.

"That's not very healthy." The girl mumbles.

"I haven't eaten in three days, give me a break. Not like you couldn't use a healthy meal." Sara glares at the girl who makes a 'humph' noise and leaves the table.

When the waitress walks away, Sam starts to laugh. "Oh my, you told her!" Sam laughs and tries to catch his breath but keeps laughing.

"It wasn't that funny Sam." Sara states with a blank expression.

Sam finally stops laughing and continues to play rapid fire with Sara until their food is served. They both eat their meals quickly and Sara ordered extract fries and a sundae to go.

Sam and Sara came into the motel room to only find Dean. "How was your date?" Dean smirks making Sara choke on her fry.

"Date? That wasn't a date." Sara states when she swallows her fry.

Dean walks over and covers Sam's ears. "Don't say that out loud, it will break Sammy's heart if he hears you." Dean says in a baby voice and winks at Sam.

"Dean, we were told to go out and eat. It wasn't a date." Sam sighs and lays on his bed.

"Whatever you think Sammy. It's your mind." Dean says laying on his bed.

"Dibs on the couch then." Sara mumbles walking over to the couch and finishing her fries and sundae before

she falls asleep.
