You've have been with your boyfriend, Edd, for a year now. Oh, how far you two have come. You laughed to yourself as your remembered when Edd introduced you to his friends.
How shocked they were. Tom especially. Tom had asked you if Edd payed you to be his girlfriend. You said no. Of course.
You had fell for Edd for his childish personality. And adorable looks. After a few months you had moved in with the trio. Tom and Matt accepted you. Matt asked you to play hide and seek with him. You would accept happily. Tom. Erhm let's just say he somehow you had a weird connection
Anyway, as in the beginning it was your anniversary. And Edd had been gone for awhile. Probably off to get you a gift. You honestly didn't know what you would get him.
Tom walked into the living room ,where you were thinking. "Can't think of a anniversary gift for Edd" He said, with a blank face. "Yes. How did you know?" You asked him. Tom smiled a bit. "Because your anniversary is today..." he said. "Your right. I cant think of a gift for Edd" you grumbled. "Get him cola" Tom said, taking out a flask and drinking from it. "But-" you said, but Tom held up his index finger as he drank. As if alcohol was much more important than your problem. He finally stopped drinking from the flask after thirty seconds. "Now What we're you saying?" He asked. "But I can't give him cola-" you said. "Why not? He loves cola" Tom said. "I can't because I gave him a whole entire 10 pack of cola last year"You said. Tom shruged. "Well. I dont know then...." he said and walked off. You sighed.
Tom was no help at all. You sighed again. You couldn't think of anything. Terrible. What a terrible girlfriend you were.
Just then Edd had walked into the living room. He was sweating. "Oh! Um!(Y/N)" Edd said, in a surprised/nervous tone. "Why are you sweating?" You asked. Edd didn't say anything. "Ummmm" Edd said, his face growing red.
Edd slowly got into his right knee. His face growing redder by the minute. You were confused. What was he doing. Edd grabbed a black box out of his pocket. His hand were trembling at he opened the box. "(Y/N) w-will you marry me?"he asked, his voice shaky... your face grew red and a happy grin appeared on his face. "Yes!" You yelled. "Yes!!".
"What's going-?" Tom said. He paused. And backed outta the room. Matt who also tryed walking into the room, was stopped by Tom and shoved back into the hall.
You laughed at the two. How they are tying not to ruin the moment. Well, at least Tom was. Matt had no clue on what was going on. As always. You glanced back at Edd, your happy one turning to worried. "I didn't get you anything sorry. I couldn't think no anything you would want" you said, awkwardly. Rubbing your neck. "It's fine" Edd said, putting the ring on your ring finger. "Your happiness is enough for me". You hugged Edd. Overjoyed. This is the best moment of your life

"Tom?!" Matt said. "What's going on?!". "Marriage is going!" Tom sneered. "Something you will never understand!". Matt tilted his head. Confused. As always. "Edd proposed to (Y/N)!!" Tom said. "What?! He did! What's proposal?" Matt asked. Tom facepalmed. "Sometimes I wonder how you got a degree in highschool" Tom grumbled, and shook his head.
