Chapter 10: The Cocky.

Here and Dr. Chanyeol get out from the car. They walk to the lobby together. Dr. Chanyeol forgot to take his bag in the car. He run towards his car and left Hera front the lobby. Hera walk into the hospital. All of the doctor wait at the counter.

Suho: Hera-ssi! Hows your day? Is it alright?
Sehun: How is it noona? Are you defeat the guilty?
Kyungsoo: Who is it? A man?
Yixing : A man? Let me beat him! Where's he?
Minseok : Congrats Mrs. Hera!
Jongin : Congrats too.
Jongdae : Hey! Whats the commotion? What happened?
All of the doctor rage to Dr. Jongdae for knowing nothing of the incident.
"Aaishhhh!!!!"
Jongdae : Okay! Okay! I'll know it later.

Meanwhile, Dr. Baekhyun just silent at the back. Dr. Chanyeol comes into the hospital. Dr. Baekhyun walk away as he comes in. Hera start to answer all of the question. She felt glad as all of the doctor care about her.

"Today actually I'm fine. The guilty were sued and jailed. He is a man, and I know him. A lot."
All doctors startled for a while. Dr. Chanyeol continue her answer.
"Its her ex-boyfriend. Yong Junhyung."

Dr. Baekhyun stopped his step. All doctors doesnt believe with all that happened to Hera.

"Yes. He is my ex. But I dont love him anymore."
"Huh." Sigh Dr. Baekhyun slowly and made his way to his office. Everyone back to their places. Meanwhile, Dr. Jongdae come towards Hera.

"Hey! You are Hera right? Tell me more about the incident. Please...(￣∀￣)."
"Okay. Lets walk to my ward first."
"Okay!"
"Well, I'm actually live in Busan. My family always fought each other. Its been everyday since my medical final exam failed."
"You take medical? What course?"
"Orthopedic."
"Ohh. I see."
"Let me continue. Well, after that I run home to Seoul. I go to a bar,sip bottles of soju and walk along the road to find a home."
"Then you get hit!!"
"No! Dont interrupt my story!"
"Okay. You can continue."
"Then i walked until i found a bus stop. I sit there and a doctor from this hospital came. Dr. Minseok came. I give him my soju and he refused it. Then he asked my name and I walk again and...BAM!" Hera made Dr. Jongdae shocked.

"Ommo! Ommo! I'm shocked!"
"Hahahahahaha! Thats why I'm in here. I'm here for 7 week now. All of the doctors including you cheer me and make me happy to cure fast."
"And then, what's happened?"
"You seem dont know anything, dont you?"
"Well, actually i'm at my Omma hometown. She get sick. I take a break for a month. Thats why I dont know anything."

"Let me continue, okay? Then I awake with a lot of bruise everywhere. Cuts. My bone mostly broke. But luckily I'm still alive. Then, I saw Dr. Minseok sleep at the sofa like a kid. Hahaha! He made a funny plump cheek while he sleep."

Dr. Jongdae and Hera finally reach to the ward. They enter and Dr. Jongdae place Hera on her bed.

"Have a good sleep, okay?"
"Okay! Thanks for lending your ear."
"Hahaha! No problem. I just want to know your condition. Thats all."
"Okay! Goodnight! You're so cocky!"
"Am i? Its alright!"

Dr. Jongdae walk outside and he got hit Dr. Baekhyun.

"Ouch!"
"Move aside." Dr. Baekhyun get serious.
Dr. Jongdae quickly move to his office. Dr. Baekhyun enter Hera's room. Hera got startled.

"What do you want?"
"I just want to talk to you." Dr. Baekhyun sat on the sofa front Hera's bed and put his right leg on his left leg.
"What do you want to talk?"
"I just wanna ask you. What actually Dr. Chanyeol felt about me?" Dr. Baekhyun eyes grows diamond. The tears fell slowly.

"Actually, Dr. Chanyeol still hoping for your forgiveness. He still want to be your friend."
Dr. Baekhyun tears while his right hand covering his eyes.
Hera remembered again Dr. Chanyeol words.
"If i have a chance, I want to beg for apologise on him. I want to be his friend forever. We're both know each other since kindergarten. I dont want the friendship stop. If you be me, when will you do it?"
"Now! Its now or never!"
"Okay!"

Hera awake from her daydream and walk to Dr. Baekhyun. She sat beside him and slowly pat on his shoulder.
"You need to proof my word. Now or never. Prove it for yourself. Stop crying. You cry like a kids."
Dr. Baekhyun laugh a little while wiping his tears. He sigh a lot as Hera give a precious words to him. Dr. Baekhyun place his head at Hera's shoulder. Suddenly, Dr. Chanyeol come into the ward.

Dr. Baekhyun quickly lift his head from Hera's shoulder. Dr. Chanyeol startled and push his glasses. He gives a bow and try to leave the room. Hera stands up.

"Wait!" Hera ask him to stop.
"Yes! Anything you want Mrs. Hera?"
"Yes! I want you to do as you have said to me!"
Dr. Baekhyun pull Hera's hand and curve down his lips.
"Ehh. W..wh..what do you mean Mrs. Hera?"
"Turn back!" Dr. Chanyeol slowly turn his position.
"Dr. Chanyeol, Dr. Baekhyun. You've been in a same boat from kindergarten. The long friendship both of you ruined it with your ego. Please! Made up your mind. Untill when this will happen?"

Dr. Chanyeol slowly lift his head and look into Dr. Baekhyun eyes. He felt guilty a lot. From his eyes, there's something hidden behind him. He bit his lower lips and start to talk.

"Dr. B..Baekhyun! Actually..actually. Actually I. I... I want to.., ermm.., i want to.."
"Enough!" Dr. Baekhyun cut his word.
"Dr. Chanyeol, I'm sorry! I should not make you that way. I should not blame you. I just realised that the kids.. actually died because of something else. Its not your fault. I'm sorry." Dr. Baekhyun tears.

Dr. Chanyeol tears as he heard Dr. Baekhyun touching words. He wipe his tears and continue his word.

"Dr. Baekhyun, actually I want to beg for apologise. Please forgive me!" Dr. Chanyeol bow while his tears fall to his black leather shoes. Dr. Baekhyun walk to Dr. Chanyeol and pat his back. Dr. Chanyeol lift his head.

"Enough. Would you be my friend again?" Dr. Baekhyun give his hand. Dr. Chanyeol quickly hug Dr. Baekhyun. They cried together and Hera also touched with it.
