The red string of fate is exist that's what mafu believe because he can't possibly say that's not exist when he can see it right? mafu know some people have the ability to see the strings, and they also can actually cut the string and knot it in other's string.

Even though that's against the soulmate laws, mafu know at this time love is more precious than fate for little example is mafu's best friend amatsuki he was dating kashitaro they looked so happy but the fate say other ways.

Looking at amatsuki's thread it's not connected to kashitaro's thread, following amatsuki thread it ended up in hashiyan pinky finger, the rapper right now is talking with shounen T and following kashitaro thread it ended up in rib pinky finger as he was reading a book in his desk.

Sighed mafu really wish he can't see the red thread, then he wouldn't know who his soulmate is, looking at his own pinky finger there's a red thread hanging, mafu don't know how many times already since he make sure that 'he' was his soulmate

tried to follow the thread it ended up in, mafu crush he still can't believe that his crush is his soulmate but the problem is that his soulmate dating someone else, "Stop it lon, you disturbing me.." a low voice said as a cute voice followed "Eh but soraru-san keep reading a book you didn't look at me at all!"

Soraru look up for a while to look at lon that smile cutely at him, he blushed and ignore her to continue reading a book, it hurts seeing his crush happy with someone else but what more hurts is that someone is your soulmate.

Soraru feel someone gaze on him as he look at mafu, that now looking away his ear is red and laughing at the sight, he didn't know why sometimes his gaze would drop at mafu, even though he already have lon.

Blushing because their eyes meet mafu look away and hide his blushing face, 'no no no i can't soraru-san already have lon!!' Mafu clench his hands and leave the classroom.

As usual some people called him to the rooftop to ask for love advice, Waiting in the rooftop mafu eyes casually found his soulmate and smile looking at him and how that red string is connected to his pinky.

'Seems like he go home alone today, aah i wish i can go home together too..'

"-fu? Mafu-san!" Startled mafu looked back and find someone he familiar with "Lon?" Mafu wonder why she's here and that's why soraru walked home alone today.

"I want you to check sonething for me..." lon fidgeting and mafu already know what she's want to ask. "Is it about whose soraru-san soulmate?" Lon just nodded and mafu wondering how should he answer this.

It's not like he can answer 'well sorry, but you beloved soraru is actually my soulmate so hands off....' mafu keep quiet for a while and decide to tell lon

"Don't worry, you're his soulmate" mafu smile but he realize that his smile become gloomy after he saw soraru in the rooftop door, he looked quiet surprised too.

Mafu gulped his saliva to ensured himself and congrats both of them, after they gone home mafu being left alone make him cry he finally let out his feelings.

At night soraru ask mafu too meet him after school, this make mafu so nervous he didn't get any sleep, as the bell after school rings he quickly goes to the rooftop.

After a while soraru opened the door, mafu without realizing is smiling "what is it you want to talk about soraru-san?" Mafu asked.

"What you said yesterday about lon is my soulmate is that true?" Soraru look at mafu straight in the eyes waiting for the answer "Huh..?? Eh..-" mafu avoid soraru eyes as he said "Yeah...t-that's right"

Soraru just keep silence for a while and when mafu look up to look at him, surprised and scared soraru's face looked so angry right now. "S-soraru-san..?" He didn't answer.

"If..that's what you want then cut our red strings and connect mine to lon's." that's all soraru said before he turn and leave mafu alone.

"W-what..? How, did he..actually know that.." feels like crying mafu looking at the figure that leave the school, and he cut the red strings between then as the tears falling.

10 years later.

"Soraru-san..-"

smile you have to smile mafu.

"congrats! On the wedding!!" Mafu runs and trow himself at soraru "whoa, that's dangerous! Anyway thanks" soraru smile and pat mafu's head.

No don't be nice to me.

"Ah mafu-san! You came!" Lon with her beautiful wedding dress and that flower bouquet in her arms make her seems like the happiest bride.

"Waaah! You looks so cute lon-san!" Mafu smile "thank you! Anyway soraru it's time let's go" Lon said as she tug soraru's arm

"Got it" As soraru walk to lon he stop in his track and told lon to go first, looking back at mafu soraru whisper something and goes inside.

"It's..too late soraru-san..too late." Tears mafu tried so hard to hold back is just pouring down again and he leave the wedding.

"I..always wished you didn't cut our red string that time."
