Chapter 4: It Was You?

Hey guys here is chapter 4 and I hope you enjoy it. I will hopefully get chapter 5 up tomorrow. I would love feedback and votes. Anyway please enjoy.

I heard the familiar wheezing and groaning as the Doctor was running around the controls like crazy. I grabbed onto the control table feeling the TARDIS start to jerk around.

"Sorry love I forgot to mention it's a bumpy ride!" He shouted over all the noise.

"It's okay but it would have been nice to know!" I shouted in return. He just laughed and suddenly we can to a halt. "Does that mean we're here?" I asked.

"Yup!" he smiled happily. "Why don't you go out first, since you have never gotten to do this before."

"Okay." I slowly opened the door to see where we were. When I looked outside I was so confused. "It looks exactly the same?"

"Yes and no." He said as he joined me outside. "Come with me." he held out his hand. I gently took it and he intertwined our fingers. As soon as he did I felt butterflies in my stomach and I tried to hide my blushing cheeks. We walked for a bit until we were at this building. It looked very familiar and for a moment I couldn't put my finger on it. "Come on" he chuckled and pulled me inside. As soon as we entered I knew exactly where we were and I gasped. "Recognize it now?" he smiled. I nodded and looked around.

"Wait why are we here? And why did we take the TARDIS? We could have walked." I didn't understand.

"You will see, patience." He laughed. We walked in to the office and he pulled out this wallet thing. He pulled me with him up to the front desk. And made some crazy lie about being pest control or something crazy, and then showed him his wallet. I looked at the wallet and realized it was just a blank piece of paper it would never work. He was crazy! We walked out, the front office believed him! He saw the disbelief on my face and laughed and showed me the wallet again.

"The papers par psychic, meaning they see whatever I want them to see." I then realized why the front desk believed him.

"Oh...now I get it." I giggled "well where are we going?" he laughed again.

"Patience." was all he said with a chuckle. We walked down a few hallways and into a classroom. I looked around and it felt so familiar but I just couldn't put my finger on it.

"We can't just walk into a classroom Doctor." I whispered. He just laughed.

"Don't worry love I know what I'm doing." He smiled and went over to the teacher with his wallet and had his crazy explanation as usual. I stood to the side waiting. Finally he sauntered back over. "Come here love I have to show you why we are here." We walked over into the corner of the room and waited. There were a bunch of little kids and I felt like I knew them. I kept watching and suddenly I hear a cry and I bolt up but the Doctor pulled me back.

"She's crying I can't leave her" I whisper yelled.

"Just watch love." He whispered looking at me softly. I watched what was happening. These awful kids were picking on this poor girl. No one was standing up for her I wanted to comfort her

"Please Doctor?" I begged. I hated seeing this.

"Watch love...just watch." He whispered softly. I kept watching like he said. And suddenly there was a little boy, blonde hair and bright blue eyes. But they were full of fire and rage.

"Leave her alone!" He shouted with such power. "I never want to see any of you brats picking on her again! Got it? She is a sweetheart and has always been nice to you ungrateful twats! Pick on her again or you will deal with me!" He small but he had such power.

"Love does any of this seem familiar? Look closely." I did as he said and looked closely and I realized, that was me...that was me that was being picked on. I remembered everything that happened. How could I not recognized it. I looked back to see the little boy helping me up and I smiles remembering that and he kisses my cheek and I kissed his. We were whispering and giggling.

"I remember this day, it was the day I was finally happy...the day I finally had a best friend." I watched me and the little boy.

After awhile me and the Doctor left and walked out hand in hand.

"Love do you want to know why I brought you here?" He smiled down at me and I looked up unable to stop smiling and I nodded.

"That boy that helped you, I wanted you to see that." He smiled.

"Why the boy Doctor?" I asked. I heard him take a breath and looks down at me softly stopping in front of the TARDIS. "That was me love..."

"T-That was you?" I was in shock the man I dreamed about was not only real but I knew him since I was little! I couldn't believe it.

I looked up, so I knew you when I was little?

He nodded softly.

"After meeting you as a little boy was when my dreams started." I looked up at him and he smiled and nodded. "You were the one who stood up for me, and protected me...it was you." I reached up and cupped his cheek in my hand. He held onto the hand that was on his face.

"I just can't believe it. I knew the Doctor when I was younger...my Doctor..." I smiles up at him looking I his eyes feeling him looking back.

"Let's go beautiful" he smiled softly. I nodded and he took my hand leading me into the TARDIS.

He seemed to want to tell me something but I wasn't sure. Anyway all that mattered was my protector, my guardian angel was back and I never wanted to lose him again.
