Guilt was what I felt the night I started reading Nash Collin's diary. I didn't mean to but something about it just drew me in.
It was had a brown leather cover and a brown leather thread around it that tied it shut . It had a lemon-like smell.
I had found it the previous day on my way back home from the market. It just lay there on the middle of the road and I picked it up,looked around to see if whoever had dropped it was still around before slipping it into my basket.I would find the owner ad return it to them,without reading it.
I totally Forgot all about it until later that night after dinner. Taking it out of my basket, l removed the leather thread and opened it.There on the first page in a tinted handwriting was written Nash Collins.
