Chapter one

I don't know what's more annoying
The fact that I have a year left at this hell hole or the fact the teacher can't talk without spitting.
I hate this school and this pack they all make fun of me because of what I am.
I can't wait until I get my powers.
* ring *
finally, I quickly pack up my stuff and get out of the class room as fast as possible. While I'm walking down the hall. The pack slut/ alpha daughter tripped me.
" have a nice fail ? " she asked saying it wrong she's not the smartest
I get up , grab my stuff and walk away from her and her minions.
It was the end of the day so I can go home.
*time skip to her walking home*
I walked into my cute little cottage thats about a half an hour walk from the school. I live with my cat familiar hex
My parents live in the pack house
I hated it there so when I turned 16 I bought this place with my savings. To much of my parents objections I moved out. A lot of the pack lived in the pack house
Way to many people for me
I like being alone with hex.
I'm now 17 Turning 18 tomorrow
Then I will finally get me powers
And be able to open the book of shadows my birth mother left with me when she Abandoned me in the woods.
As soon as I sat down on my couch my phone started to ring
I get up to answer the phone
" what " I say
" is that any way to greet your mother?"
My mom asked
" yes "I responded blankly
" what would you like mother ? You only contact me when you want something" I say
" there's a pack meeting and you know the beta family must attend. It starts at 5 don't be late " with that said she hung up the phone " love you too mom " I mumbled
I look at the clock it read 4:30
Uhhh it's an half an hour walk from here to the pack house If I wanna make it. I have my license just not a car. I grab my keys to the house said goodbye to hex and left for the pack house.
