Americas (POV)
" for a whole week" I say half smiling " oh America of course you can, you woke up I was so worried that you were gone for good" Maxon replied holding me closer never wanting to let me go. " Maxon I....I'm fine" I choke out before I vomit everywhere. About 3 minutes after I finish vomiting I feel cold so I cuddled close to Maxon. "My love are you sure that you are ok?" His voice was layered with concern and worry " yes I'm fine Maxon the only reason I vomited is because I'm pregnant" " really?" His voice was so happy " yes" I replied "oh America from now on you will never be left alone we can't have another" " ssh Maxon if you want i will always have someone with me" and with that he lent down and kissed me.

Masons (POV)
America has been in the hospital for ages now I am really worried what if she doesn't survived what if the baby doesn't survive.

"Your majesty queen America and the baby will be fine" dr Ashlar informed me. " can I see her" " yes, She is resting but she will recover very quickly". I walk into see my dear she looks so peaceful while she is sleeping I lean and kiss her forehead. I sit in a chair next to her and lay my head down next to her and listen to her breathing beside me. I fall asleep soon after.

Aspens (POV)
I still love America, I don't think I ever stopped, oh why did i leave her and make her enter the selection . If I didn't she would have never met that snob Maxon and she would still be mine and I wouldn't have to pretend to love Lucy where I only have eyes for mer. That was it I need to talk to that snob that has his hooks in my mer. I knock on his study door " your majesty" " yes aspen come in" he replied " cut the crap Maxon , I you don't really love America you only married her because she found you first, I love her I always have and always will I am better for her" he was taken back by my sudden outburst " aspen what are you talking about I love America and she loves me now leave before I call the head guard." I walked out of his office I guess I would have to talk to America, hopefully she feels the same way.

Maxons (POV)
I was shocked aspen still loved my America and he said I only married her because first and I couldn't turn her down, but that is not true I always loved America and I always will and I know she loves me as well how could he think otherwise I must find mer before he finds her.

Americas (POV)

I was walking towards the hall when I was yanked into a corridor, oh crap! Not again . A hand covered my mouth and this time I bit down hard I was not getting kidnapped again I had on,y just come out of hospital. " ouch" my captor said wait I know that voice Maxon! " Maxon I'm so sorry I I thought I was being kidnapped again" "Ssh mer it's ok it was stupid to grab u like that I don't know what I was thinking" he said as he hugged me tight till my breathing slowed down.

Maxons (POV)
" ssh mer it's ok look I have to tell u something but you must promise not to freak out" I whisper "o......ok. Maxon what's wrong?" She replied " well aspen came into my office and said he still loves you and that I only married you because you found me first and I couldn't turn you down, but that is not true my lovely America, even if Kriss had found me first that rebel attack made me realise who I really love and that is you" once I finish I kiss her, my hands settle on her waist and her hands knot themselves in my hair " I love you Maxon, more than words can say" she  says looking me in the eyes " I know and I love you to my dear " I say barely dodging a playful poke to the stomach we begin to walk back to our room but I couldn't resist
I scooped her up and continued to our room she kept giggling and telling me to put her down, when we reached the bed I dropped her in the middle and showered her with kisses " Maxon I love you so much and I will never believe aspen he did this to himself, he broke up with me right before the selection and I thought that I would never love again but then I met you and I love you more than my own life" my love says before I kiss her again. I hold her close to my chest as we both start to drift off to sleep " I love you my dear" I whisper against her hair but she is already asleep.
