Chapter 3 - Pretty dresses and an old face

I woke up to movement in the bed , It took me a while to open my eyes but when i did the sun was shining bright through the gaps in the curtains. I turned over to be faced with Drew coming out of the bathroom in only his jeans with no shirt on . Damn, it should be illegal to look like that.

"Take a picture it'll last longer" I blinked and realized i'd be staring, I smirked.

" No Thanks, nothing to see anyways" I teased. He growled playfully and jumped on the bed. " What time is it?"

"11:30"

"Shit! We missed all our morning classes" I groaned thinking of the moaning we would get from the teachers about that.

"Yep" He said popping the 'p'  " you've got half an hour to get ready then we gotta go to our option class.What did you pick?"

"Dance, you?"

" Really? I didn't peg you as a dancer. oh and Ice Hockey" I laughed at him.

" Well you don't know a lot of things about me" I teased before walking into the bathroom. 

I returned from the bathroom and entered the lounge where everyone was chilling while Savannah made breakfast. I walked into the kitchen and she turned round to face me with her eyebrow raised accusingly.

" Did Drew sleep in your room last night?" She questioned.

" Yes, cause those sofas would give you a bad back" I pointed out " Plus he stayed on his side of the bed for the whole night " I lied to get her off my back.

After all eating breakfast together we all headed towards our option lessons. I found out that Jez and Drew chose Ice Hockey, Jacob chose Football, the girls chose Swimming and Lucas chose Basketball. When you think about it we really are quiet a sporty bunch.

My Dance class wasn't all that bad and the teacher Mrs Gray was great. She was like at 5ft 1 ball of fire, she was so energetic. She gave us our first task to be completed by next week. Choreograph and perform a solo two and a half minute piece to showcase your talent. I immediately chose a contemporary/street dance track and got to work.

" Hey Mrs Gray do you mind if i stay here a little longer to finish a bit more?"

" No dear, just turn out the lights when you leave " She spoke with a smile before leaving.

I spent the next half an hour choreographing the first part of my routine, Contemporary. I Just let the music flow through me and select certain combination and movements that link together well and add them in. Once i finished my final selections of movements and performed them fully to the music. Until i heard clapping from the doorway.

" You are amazing. Where the hell did you learn to dance like that?" Drew smiled.

" Dancing contemporary is not something i personally think you can learn, You have to be able to feel the music in you bones. Let it flow through your body and let the emotions pour out of you through your movements" I spoke passionately about it.

" I can tell you love it"

" I do but it's really tiring. Will you give me a piggy back to the dorms?" I asked nicely " plus you owe me for letting you sleep in my bed" 

" Ok fine, but don't get used to it" He moaned half heartedly. I jumped onto his back and he carried on towards my room.

The next few days seemed to follow the same pattern. We all got up, met in mine and Savannahs room went to classes, then chilled together for the rest of the day. Boring i know but it works for us.

I've been here nearly a week and i already feel more at home here then i ever did back at my parents house. I've never met anyone like any of my friends, there one of a kind and i wouldn't change them for the world already.

 Damn, that was deep to say i've only known them a week. But seriously i feel like I've been with them all my life.

" Farrah we've all been invited to a party tonight off campus. You down?" Savannah asked interrupting my thoughts " Oh and a package came for you"

" Yeah sure why not? and it looks like that package came just in time" 

"What is it?"

"You'll see now call Alyssa and Avalon tell them it is urgent and to get their butts here " I called out as i went into the bathroom and picked up my phone off the sink.

* Hey Drew can we pleasse take my car to the party tonight? Farrah Xx * He replied almost instantly.

* Fine, just once for you :P We'll be there in two hours. Drew ;) *

 It took 15 minutes for Lysa and Ava to turn up with scowls on their faces.

"This best be damn important girl or I'm gunna wipe your ass out" Ava grumbled.

" Well if you don't want the custom made clothes my mum made you i could always put them on ebay?" I chuckled watching there faces drop.

"THANKYOU,THANKYOU,THANKYOU" They all squealed.

" Your welcome now grab your bag out of the box with your name on it and take it to your rooms so the boys don't see, You'll knock 'um dead when they see you all in these" They all ran off after this excited to open their bags . I took mine into my room and hung it up in the closet. My mum knows me so i don't have to check it to see if i like it.

As i started getting dressed and adding the final touches my phone buzzed on the dresser.

* You girls ready? We're walking towards your room now. Drew ;) * I smiled and replied.

* Yes. C u Soon :P Farrah Xx *

I hung up the phone and put my shoes on and walked in to meet the girls in the living room. They all looked absolutely amazing.

Savannah had on a sleek tight black dress that hugged all her curves perfectly and it was paired perfectly with a pair of sparkly red stilletos. Her wavy red hair was done into a loose plait and looked stunning.

Alyssa was wearing skin tight black jeans and an off the shoulder green top that hung perfectly on her. Finished with a pair of black ankle boots and her blond hair in lots of massive barrel curls.

Finally Avalon was wearing a bright pink lace crop top teamed with light blue skinny jeans and a pair of white heels and her hair was tied up in a messy but stylish bun.

" You guys look great"

" WE look great what about YOU?" Avalon spoke with her mouth hanging open by the end. I didn't even think i looked that great compared to these three.

I was wearing a mid thigh length lime green lace dress with my chocolate brown hair straightened and a pair of white wedge heels.

" You look like a damn goddess sent straight down from heaven itself" Savannah squealed . The knocking at the door interrupted her.

" It's open" I shouted and all the guys walked  in and their jaws literally hit the floor." Ok let's go before they drool on the floor" I giggled

I parked the car out side the house and Jacob found another gap a couple of spaces down the street.

" I can't believe you've got an Audi R8" Jeremy shook his head getting out of Jakes black Range Rover.

" Well believe it so lets get inside"

We danced and messed around all the time we were there, it  was the best night out i'd had in a very long time.

"Well,Well,Well. If it isn't Farrah Anderson looking a beautiful as ever " 

As soon as i heard that voice the bile rose in the back of my throat. I turned round to face the only person i wished i'd never have to see ever again.
