Jo's point of view
As we pulled into the police station, the lady cop turned around. But she had the face of the girl! I screamed and tried to get away.
"You can never escape me Jo." The girl said,
"Shut up! Just shut up!" She ran around to the other side of the car and tried to get me out, when she open the door, I jumped up and kicked her back. I tried to run away but before I could make it out of the parking lot a flood of cops ran out after me. But they all looked like the girl! Screaming, I yelled
"Get away!" Then I saw a man in a red track suit, with black hair and brown eyes, I ran after him and once I caught up to him, I said through my uncontrolled sobs,
"S-sir! Please help me! She's gonna kill me!" He looked at the cops and said,
"Lady! Who!?"
"The little girl! Please get her away!" By the time I finished my sentence the girl had caught up with me. They tackled me to the ground. My sobs turned into screams. I felt a sharp pain in my side. It was like a thousand of little lightning bolts shot through me, then I was out.
Anna's point of view
As we pulled into our driveway, I looked at our red house. The way the attic window was, a diamond shape with beautiful blue and pink stained glass. Jack pulled up and stopped the car, he turned to me,
"Anna, do you know why I married you?" Confused, I shook my head no.
"Because you're a fighter, nothing can break you down. I've seen people steal from you and you show them the way to God. Yes this is a big thing but it's obvious that Jo's having a hard time keeping a grip on reality. So show her the way. You two have been best friends since you were in diapers. And from what you say, she really was sorry, she didn't know it was you. So tomorrow, honey, go see her. Help her find her way again." And with that he got out of the car. Maybe he was right. Maybe she didn't know it was me. I opened the door and climbed out.

"You still with me? I was telling you that the only way you can make it out without going to jail is pleading Insane."
"I know... I heard you the first time." She said my trial started tomorrow, so to be ready and get plenty of sleep, then she just left. What was life right now? What was I doing with my life? I was almost a ghost, dead inside. I laid my head back on the hard pillow. I stared up at the gray stone ceiling. The day just played back in my head. I could've sworn that I saw the little girl. Soon my eyelids got heavy. I yawned then closed my eyes.
A mans deep voice startled me out of my sleep, he had said
"Hey! Get up!" I opened my eyes and sat up. The man had short brown hair and he was skinny. He unlocked the door and stepped in, his gaze seemed to be fixed on me,
"You don't look like someone who'd be going to court for attempted murder. The jury should be on your side because you are after all beautiful!"
"T-thanks. I-is it time yet?" The nice man nodded and said
"But because you attacked two cops and you have attempted murder, you have to understand that you will need to be taken out in handcuffs, I'm sorry." I stood up and put my hands behind my back, he placed the cold metal handcuffs on my wrists, and walked me out into the long narrow hallway and out into the station, once we were there two muscular men in black tee-shirts approached me, the taller of the two took my arm tightly, I tried to shake his hand from my arm but he just tightened his grip. He cop looked at me,
"My advice, don't struggle. He's a strong man." I listened to him and let the strong man take me out of the police station, he opened the door and helped me into the car.

My alarm buzzed and I slowly opened my eyes, I reached over and tapped the top of my alarm clock. I sat up and stretched, I looked at the empty spot next to me,
"Jack?" I called to what seemed like nothing.
"Downstairs!" He called back, I got up and walked down to the kitchen, once I got off the step I slipped and hit the floor with a thud. I heard heavy footsteps pounding on the hardwood floors.
"Anna! Honey! Are you okay!?" I just sat there, mostly from shock but I also felt pain shoot up from my tailbone. He knelt down beside me, lifted my head, and put it on his lap. I groaned and then smiled,
"Yeah I'm okay... I think." I sat up, wincing from the pain radiating from my lower back. Instead of standing up, I just sat there. Do I really have to go to her hearing? I sighed, I do really have to go. She's still my best friend. I stood up and slowly walked into the bathroom.
