" Jack, were you joking about what you said in the balcony back in eart?" A asked him before bed.
" Erm... Uhh.. No... I kinda' fell in love with you the first time I saw you..." Jack mumbled.
" Hehe... Me to, kinda..." I scrached my head.
" I was just afraid that you would not like me, so, I guessed I was in the Friend-zone." He smiled. His smile was so adorable! He was strong, had long blonde hair, and always dressed up in a Jeff the killer type clothes. I loved it. He was so dreamy.
" Do you realy like me? " I asked, turning my face to him, and piercing him with my green eyes.
" No. " He replied.
" I see..." I turned away...
" I LOVE you... Like no one else in this universe." And he streched his arms out to left and right.
I ran up to him and hugged him. He hugged me back. " He whispered " I will always proteck you. Always...".
I looked him in the eyes, and I kissed him. after a few seconds I put my head on his chest, and closed my eyes.
Suddenly, we heard my dad shout nervously " It's starting! Come, here! Jessica, Jeack! Come here!"
" Jack, let's go!" I said with sereous concern In my boice.
" Let's go." Jack grabbed me by the hand and pulled me out of the room. We cought up with dad and ran with him to some facility.
" Oooh, It's starting! Jessie, you are going to observe something wonerfull!"
" Erm, so what am I observing?" I scrached my head.
" The incubator. We are waching how a new spiesie of alien reptile. We called it " The Prolizard". These two eggs have been incubated for a month now!" My dad seemed to be more exited to see those stupid lizards, than to see his long lost daughter! Ugh!
" Something is wrong!" Dad shivered.
" What is it?" I got scared.
" One of the lizzards hached, ut it isn't moving! The purple-aquamarine one." He pointed at the smaller one.
" Dead, let me in. I can help. I'm the only chance" I said with concerne in my boice.
" Go. I am sure that you will help" Dad shivered.
I went into the incubator and carrefuly picked up the motionles little dragon ( I call them dragons). My hands started glowing and, as you know, I healed the little dragon :) .
" Hey there, little one. I'm Jessie." I said smilling. The little dragon bouced up and was hyper-energetic. Dad was in shock. " See dad? I have frecky powers."
" Jessie, I believe you do. Would you like to keep one?"
" Yes. They are sooo cute!"
" Ok, pick one."
" The one I healed!" I replied super quick.
" Then what will you call it?" Dad asked me.
" Enigma. For the honor of the projeckt " Enigma". If it's ok with you."
" Only one answer for that..." Dad's face froze. " YES! Gocha! Your old man still has some stem left! Haha!" Dad started laughing.
" Hey little Enigma. So cute!" Enigma is like alittle wingless dragon with purple, blue and aquamatine scales. So beautiful :)
" So, Jack. Do you like my new pet?" I asked him
" Adore. this. little thing. So. MUCH!" Jack said with a high pich in his voice.
" Dad, are you sereous?" I looked at dad.
" Yes, sweetie. You are old enough to have a pet. We will see how well this animal can adapt with foster care."
" So, this is just a clear experiment?" I raised one eyebrow.
" Partialy, yes." Dad replied calmly.
" Should of known." I roled my eyes.
" But in a way, it is some kid of " Thank you" . So thank you." Dad smiled.
The little dragon wigled in my arms. It's so cute! I bringed it to my room, but then Irealized something : why is my dad so strange? Is he on crack or something? Maybe he forgot he even had a daughter? As I was holding Enigma, she jumped out of my arms and snugled on my pillow. At least it did not escape. Dad came in the room wit a large terarium.
" Let me guess, this is for Enigma?"
" Yes. This is a containment facility for it." And he placed the terarium or whatever on m the desk. I put Enigma in there and ran up to dad and gave him a big hug.
" We have a lot of catching up to do, dad! For all those years, I thought you were dead, but here you are, standing before me!"
" Oh, sweetie, I think so too. But did you tell me about the super powers you had, and the glowing hand mumbo jumbo. You will have to explane yourself!" And dad put s silly smile on his face.
" Maybe later. Now, why don't we get some snacks?"
" Sure. I'm hungry ass well." Dad repled and we bot went into the spaceship citchen.
