I screamrd and the other police man inched back. Dad stood and walked over to Light with a dark look. He slapped him. "D-dad?" Light asked, cradling his cheek. "Is that what happened Light!?" Dad yelled and L watched the scene unfold with an amused expression. "Answer me Light!"

Father raged and I felt extremely hurt. L pulled me into his lap, "Oh so your with my boss now huh Y/N" Light asked snarkily. Before I could defend L spoke up. "Yes she is, but it was of my asking and not hers, no all of quit this madness and sit we need to resume our meeting," L stated.
During the entirety of L talking about Kiras murders, I studied Light. He acted strangely every time L dissed him and what he did. I often found Light whispering to someone who wasn't there. Finally I broke my silence. "Light who are you talking to?" His ears turned bright red.
"U-Uh, no one," a paper fluttered gently from his pocket and I picked it up. Suddenly I could see this grotesque thing and Light mumbled Rayuke she can see you..." I jumped and L asked "Y/N whats the matter?"
"S-Shinigami..."
