Captain Fernandez reveals to the brothers the following day that their sister took her own life. "That's impossible, we know our sister she would never do that" Flavio claims "Alma was vibrant, and she loved life she would never take her own life" Arturo said "And especially since she was pregnant" Samuel added.
Captain Nestar says he will investigate further. They tell him of their new job and he asks where it was the name up a lie to cover their back.
The brothers start work today. When they got into the ranch, they ran into the sisters. "Hey, why are you parking in front of the ranch to unload the materials?" Sofia asks. "Good morning ma'am, it's just that if we take the truck along the lawn, it'll get ruined" Arturo replies tying to put in his best behavior "Just take it to the other side"
"Fine, but if there's any damage, you'll be accountable for it"
"No, anything you break, you fix"
Arturo nevertheless drives the truck to the other side.
The sisters are later seated in Cayetana's office. Ignacio's lawyer is going to read the will. "To my wife and daughters, I leave the del Junco ranch amongst other property" the lawyer quotes. "No spouse of any of my three daughters will get a penny from the fortune." Mr. Felipe laughs at this statement "Looks like you're not getting anything after all you snake" he says to Leonardo. "If you think I'm married to Sofia for the money, then you are wrong. If you'll excuse me" he says and leaves.
