When you try your best but you don't succeed. When you get what you want, but not what you need. When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep.
Ze had tried his very best to get into Nicole's life, but he failed. He got what he wanted, her attention, but not what he needed, her love. He was so tired at nights, but he couldn't sleep.
Stuck in reverse. And the tears come stream down your face. When you lose something you can't replace. When you love someone but it goes to waste. Could it be worse?
He felt like he was stuck in reverse. The tears rushed down his face. He lost something he probably couldn't replace. He had loved someone, moved down to a different state for her, and it all went to waste. Could things possibly for worse?

Lights flashed and his bones ignited as he lifted the phone up to his ears.
"Hello?" he asked.
"Hey!" It was Chilled. "I'm gonna fix you up, buddy."
High up above or down below. When you're too in love to let it go. But if you never try you'll never know. Just what you're worth.
High up above or down below, Chilled was always going to be there for Ze. He had a crush on him, after all. He was too in love to let the fact that Nicole broke Ze go. He wanted to tell him how felt, but was too ashamed. But how would he know what he was worth to Ze if he didn't say anything?

The flashing lights of the airplanes against the deep dark shade of navy that was the sky brought Ze home, to Long Island, where Chilled lived.. The cool wind ignited his bones.
"I'll fix you," Chilled said as she met him at baggage claim, pulling him into a hug.
Tears stream down your face. You lose something you cannot replace. Tears stream down your face. And I...... Tears stream down your face. I promise you I will learn from my mistakes. Tears stream down your face. And I.......
Tears streamed down both of their faces. He lost something he couldn't replace, and so did he.
"I......" He began, getting chocked up.
"I promise you, I will learn from my mistakes. I'll be happier," Ze cut him off.
"I......" Chilled tried again, tried to tell him he loved him.

The car's headlights flashed as he pulled into his, and now Ze's, house. Ze's bones were ignited by the warmth the house offered.
"I'm going to try to fix you, Ze." He told him again. Ze gently pushed Chilled up against the wall, his hands on either side of the taller man's head.
"You already did," He whispered, kissing him.
