"You assholes!!" I yelled at my twin brother, Larz and Nathan Laomedon (pronounced as ley-on-i-don) in the living room once we got home from school. Larz and Nathan are the top players of the school.

"Assholes, why plural? He's the one who did it" Nathan said as he runs his hand though his short black hair, ha there's something this boy isn't telling me!

"Nathan Laomedon! I've known you my whole life! I know you're the master mind behind all of this." I Yelled, I've known this idiot since we we're in dippers.

"Hung on, sure I was the one who made it in to a bet, he had the idea first" Nathan said trying his hardest to get out of trouble.

"Yer, cuz' that makes you the better man. I THINK NOT!" I said, throwing my hands up in the air.

"Fine! I'm Sorry that I encouraged him!"  saidNathan, ha sorry isn't going to cut it this time. Then I saw my brother sneaking out in the corner of my eye.

"Don't even think about escaping, Larz." I said still death staring at Nathan, I took a deep breathe to calm myself down, "Both of you sit now"

"But..." they both said.

"Sit!" I said, pointing to the couch and the two rush to it. "Out of all of the girls at school, you just had to choose my Best Friend"

"Yes.." both answered at the same time.

"Why?" I asked, why her?

"She's a quite girl," my brother said, she's shy that's all.

"A nerd" Nathan said, ugh there's nothing that makes her a nerd! Ok, maybe her grade... but that's it!

"No, she WAS a nice, sweet girl who hid behide her school work from her family life. I was the only one who could make her smile." I said shaking my head, how am I going to make her smile now. She's so broken. "now she's locked herself in her room, not letting me in at all"

"Sor..." my brother started apologizing.

"Don't you dare! Her grades have dropped and she has lost her scholarship for collage" I said

"But she's only..." I cut Nathan off,

"A freshmen yes, but she's a brainy" I said, cracking a smile, proud of my best friend. You see my Brother and his friend decide school was dull, so they bet that my brother could make my best Friend fall in love with him the by the end of the last day of freshmen year he'll dumped her. "but now it's seems she's lacks effort with her school work, I need a way to put her back on track" I threw myself on the couch next to Nathan. "she needs a new start..."

"ALLY!!!" my ten turning eleven year old sister came running in with my mum behind her.

"Hello sweet potatoe!" I said standing up hugging her, I love my little sister with everything I have. She looks like a younger version of me, natural blonde hair and light blue eye like our mother. Larz got our father's genes. Larz and my father are much like with looks and personality, he has shaggy brown hair and hazel brown eyes.

"Hey kids, how was school?" my mum, Casandra asked.

"Oh it was fine, how was work?" I asked smiling no wanting to bring my mum into this.

"Easy as always" my mum said, with a gentle smile."Nathan your mother said you're staying over tonight, I am correct?"

"Yes Casandra" Nathan said politely.

"Good I'll go make dinner" Mum said then walked off into the kitchen.

"Lily, what's that in your hand?" I asked spotting a big envelope in her hand.

"It a letter from Aunt Mary to ME!! mum's going to read it for me" Lily said with a big grin.

"Why you can read like a high schooler?" I asked, it's true right now, she's reading 'Romeo and Juliet' and understanding every stupid line in that play.

"Mum said it looks formal..." she said, now hold the envelope with two hands.

"May I look?" she nod and pass the envelope. I gasp "Miss Marget's school of performing arts for girls! Mum is it true?"

"Yes, it is" my mum said poking her head into the room, "Come lily I'll read that letter" Lily follows my mum out of the living room. It was silent then I finally figured out how to save Marissa. My Aunty was the head master of St Marget's.

"That's it! A new start!" I said making the guys jump. "I wonder if Auntie May has two openings for next year?" my smile turned into a big grin that's it! "Hey Mum!"

Turns out my aunt did have a few openings and I was lucky Marissa was fantastic on piano, guitar and even drums plus a great song writer. Marissa was sent a letter straight away, but the school board took longer to except me as I could only sing and dance like most average girls at that school. Luckily they excepted me too. My sister was starting with all the new first years of Miss Marget's and mum was fine with me going too, which was cool.

"Right girls ready to go?" Mum asked down stairs, it was the thirty-first of August. Marrissa had slept over because we were leave for school today.

"Yer mum, just wait a sec!" I said, while I farewelled my room. Marissa and Lily were already down stairs packed and ready, I was too. Just as I turned to my bedroom door it opened. Nathan entered and close the door. "What Nathan?" he walks straight to me, gentle grabs my face and kisses me, I start to kiss back. Yep that's right, Nathan and I have a thing it just started this year. I know his my brother's best friend but damn he's one of the hottest guys in school. Nathan breaks the kiss putting his forehead on mine.

"What's going to happen with us?" he asked as I stare into his gorgeous eyes, but I quickly snap out of my trace and step away.

"There no us, I'm leaving for my best friend and that's it" I said, I know hass right.

"Als..." he begs

"No don't, we're nothing if we were you wouldn't be with those other girls" I said, see he hasser.

"It's for my image and I only make out with them." he said, I roll my eyes yer image and the fact that my brother would kill us if he knew.

"Kelly believes she's your girlfriend" I said, Kelly the typical bleached blonde Cheer leading captain or the school's 'queen bee'

"Well she sorta is..." he said looking at his feet, true it hurts just a little to see them holding hands in the halls, kissing in the hall... you get the point and it's all for image.

"Exactly so there is not us if you already have a girlfriend" I walked to the door and open it, turning back to him, before walking out I said my last words to him "bye Nathan, I hope you enjoy the next two years with out me" ... cause I'll be back with my new and improved best friend!
