Saving Them [Naruto] time travel

Prologue

A blonde man stood, panting inside a circle of corpse. The village burned around him. The Hokage mountain no longer exists- the nidaime is a crater, Shodai has his left side cut up, Sandaime is a smouldering mess, Yondaime has his hair sliced off, Godaime has nothing left, and Rokudaime..... Him..... Doesn't exist. When he was Hokage, they didn 't have time to carve his face up there- they're all busy, fighting. There's no more playing ninja- that they fight for their lives. There's no garden to stroll- they're have to time to make love.


Konoha is now the Shogi board, the battlefield, and the Rokudaime, Namikaze-Uzumaki Naruto is one of the main players.


"Hokage-sama." A tired voice called from behind him. He didn't turn around. He didn't need to." There's no more village to call me Hokage, Shika. I already told you, stop calling me Hokage-sama" the voice isn't what we expected. I's not the loud and cheerful voice anymore. It's a deep, tired, and a voice of a person that had seen too much, did too much.


A smirk danced at the other man's mouth." But isn't that what you want to do be called when you were a child?"


He shook his head." No.... I wanted the position to be recognized. Not this... Thing. Though even if the Hokage comes with too much work, now I still love it." He said softly.


"This isn't like you, dobe." Another man joined them. He has dark blue, almost black hair, sticking up at the end like a duck's butt.


"What he meant that you should take some rest, Naruto-kun." Now it's a midnight blue hair woman, frowning at him disapprovingly." Neji-nii will be fine- edo tensei did nothing on him."


Oh right. Neji was edo tenseied, but Naruto had told him of the hand signs before hand, so he freed himself the first chance he got. He was the first one in Konoha 12 to go. Sasuke had returned just moments before in the Fourth Shinobi War. He was stabbed throught the stomache by Shinju, the Juubi. They had defeates them, but at a great cost. All of the villages lost 67% of their shinobisin the war.


Three years after the war, Kusa, Oto, Hoshi, Ame, and Frost invaded Konoha and Suna. When Suna was invaded, the Godaime, Sabaku no Gaara evacuated his civilian and genins into Konoha. His siblings and lovers died protecting Suna. Shikamaru was devastacated.


Gaara came to Konoha, only to die few months later, taking two plattons of enemies with him. He died of Chakra exaustion.


He had been the fifth one to go. First was Lee. A month after Kiba and Tenten started dating, which Naruto had no idea how it happened, they were killed in a raid and recon mission. That started the domino effect. Ino died exatly two weeks later, on jer birthday no less. Kakashi and Gai died, compeing to the end. Iruka-sensei was MIA, in an infiltration mission along with Konohamaru and Moegi.


Chouji died in the third invasion. Sakura was also killed. Shino set off a kamikaze attack, killed a whole platoon of Sound and Grass nin. They were all edo tenseis. In the invasions, they found that all of the attacks are already dead- they are all Edo Tensei people.


Between the invasions, the Academy was forced to teach the students fuinjutsu, so that they could actually help when the invasion begins.


Everyone was also given a dog tag. Everyday, they would be at least ten people, holding a lot of bloodied dog tags, handing it to the families of the dead. They would choke, and hug eachother in comfort. All veterans from the previous shinobi wars says it the wars all over again.


The graduation age has been lowered. In the three years of the invasion, a newly graduated 8 year old genin can take down several edotensei genins and live. Every year there two times of graduation. If a student failed more than three times, they would be sent to boot camp. There, they would be specialized in one category, but well rounded in teams.


Naruto, Shikamaru, Sasuke, Hinata are now the only ones alive in Konoha though. Nji's only here because Shikamaru has capture him with Kagemane and forced him to release himself from Edotensei.


Kurama rumbled from his cage."THIS ISN'T LIKE YOU, KIT. GET A GRIPP ON YOURSELF!" He snapped.


Naruto closed his eyes in despair." Everyone.... Dead.... We are the only ones left. We can't rebuild Konoha like this. It's a ghost town now." He spoke.


The fox was silent for a while." Kit..... I have an idea."


"What is it......"


" Jikudan no Tenshi, a jutsu only known by us higher beings. It was last used a thousand years ago. You can change the future this time. We can travel to past, and redo the mistakes we have." He explained to his container. Take the other ningens, too. The more the merrier." He chuckled.

A month later, the last survivors of Konoha settled in a clearing outside of Konoha. They decided that they'll go back to the day of Kyubi attack. Naruto didn't want his parents to die, even if it will change the future too much.


"Naruto, are you sure it will work?" Shikamaru sounded worried. After all, the fuin is more complicated than the Shiki Fuin on Naruto, so it's pretty resonable that they will be scared.


He smiled slightly." Yes. Kurama has explained to me the concepts, so It's same to use. We are going back to the day of Kyubi attack, so I can save kaasan and tousan. They can be some very useful allies later. Hinata, you won't be born yet, so you have to appear later. Neji, you will help us seal the fox. When we arrive, we will only be chakra being, so we have to transfer us to our bodies later. Ready?" He asked, his hand in a ram seal.


His fiends nodded determinedly. "Hai!"


Kurama and Naruto nodded, and together, they began making seals." Akumajutsu: Jikudan no Tenshi no jutsu! Fuin!" They cried, and a bright light engulfed the figures. When the light disappeared, none of the people are insight, leaving one smoulder dirt, Konoha still burning in the background.

That second when the light flashed, in the past, all of the Biju know what they have to do: gather, and help the Child of Prophecy achieve his mission.

Twenty-two years ago, in Konoha, Kurama attack. Sarutodi Hiruzen was hopeless to help, watching desperately outside the barrier that yondaime Hokage set up. He watched, hopeless, as Namikaze Minato began making the seals neccessary o summon the Shinnigami, until a bright flash blinded them.


Minato Namikaze had to close his eyes when the light occured, pausing in the sals. When he opened in eyes, another man held his hand, stopping him from continueing." Stop. We will take care of this. "He said calmly, never taking his eyes of the Chakra monster infront of them" Sasuke, snap Kurama out of it. Shikamaru and Neji, help him. I'm going to pull him in." He ordered.


Minato was surprised. It sounded as if this new guy was their leader.... It sounded like a Hokage talking to his shinobis." Who are you?" He demanded.


The stranger spared him a glance. He was shocked to see that he had the same blue eyes as him." Later Minato-san." He promised.


When he looked back at the Biju, he was shocked, again to find it staring intently at the man infront of him." Kit....." It growled. It bared it's fangs to look like it's smiling.


"Kurama... Looks like we're really back, huh." The stranger slumped down, suddenly look like the world has been lifted from his shoulders.


"Ruto, you okay?" Shikamaru asked, concerned.


He chuckled weakly." I should be the one asking you, Shika."


"Brat.... Just take me in already." Kyubi growled.


"Right! Sasuke, Neji, Shika, four-point!" He barked, himself taking a place beside Minato.


"Hai!" The others shouted, and ran to each side of Kyubi.i


"Wait!" Kushina yelled desperately. "Who are you? Why are you doing this? And plus, Four-point seal won't work! Kyubi's too strong!"


Naruto shot her a stern glance." You should know who I am. I'm doing this because there would be no future if he isn't sealed. Thirdly, Kurama will be willing to be sealed, that why if would work. And plus a Hakke Fuin below it already did the job." He explained to the shocked woman.


"Kurama, we're starting! I's going to hurt!" He shouted up to the fox.


"Just get on with it, kit!" It growled." Uchiha's going to get back control soon!"


"Hajime!" Naruto yelled to his teammates.


"Hai!"

Another bright flash of light, and Kyubi was sucked into the infant lying on the altar. The strangers, collapsed, and disappeared." Thank kami." Naruto muttered. He turned to his parents, and sent them a dizzling grin."well, see you soon, Kaasan, tousan!"


He began fading too. He blinked, and snapped his fingers." Right! Beware of the war hawk, tousan!" He called, and disappeared completely, leaving the new family blinking.


"Did he just call me tousan......?" Minato muttered.


Kushina bonked him on the head weakly." Baka! Of course. He has your hair and eyes, and my face! Everyone could see that we're related!"

The barrier broke down, and the third ran in, already bombarding them with questions." Who were they? Why did they help? Where's Kyubi? Are you...." Minato raised his hand weakly.


"I'm okay. Kushina needs Chakra restoration. I actually don't know why they helped. It have no idea who they are. Kyubi is sealed." He answered calmly." You you can, Sarutobi-sama, please take us somewhere warm and safe." At that, the Yondaime Hokage fainted.
