While Axel stayed inside with the kids, Henry, Miles, and the kings put on goggles and masks to keep the scent of the spray out of their eyes and noses. They helped the royal gardener spray all the grass and weeds.

Pretty soon, all the grass and weeds had been killed, and the garden was back to the way it was before the grass grew tall.

"Okay, the grass and the weeds are gone," Garrick declared.

"Oh, that reminds me," Hugo realized. "Didn't you go out to see Miss Nettle?"

"She'll be here tomorrow with the enchanted grass manure," Garrick smiled.

"I hope it's better than the one we had," Sofia declared.

The next day, Miss Nettle showed up at Albuquerque Palace and showed Hugo and Sofia how to use the grass manure.

"Just spread a thin layer of manure around, but don't step in it," Miss Nettle instructed.

Sofia and Hugo followed Miss Nettle's instructions carefully. Soon, the whole garden was covered in grass manure.

"Okay, now all this enchanted plant food needs to be spread around," Miss Nettle continued. "It would be easier for you to do this on a flying horse."

Sofia and Hugo got on flying horses and helped Miss Nettle sprinkle enchanted plant food on the garden. Pretty soon, the garden was full of grass—and at the correct height. Plus, there were no weeds.

"Thank you, Miss Nettle," Garrick smiled.

"No problem," Miss Nettle smiled back. "Always glad to help."
