Amber and Hildegard were surprised that the grass grew tall.

"Wow, maybe we used too much manure," Amber gaped.

"It certainly looks that way," Hildegard agreed.

Suddenly, the duo heard Axel say, "I wonder what Dad is going to say about this."

"It's Prince Axel," Amber gulped.

"He's really not going to like this," Hugo told Axel. "But maybe we should tell him about it—he'll probably think we're responsible."

Sofia and the princes managed to find the path, and they were greeted by Amber and Hildegard.

"Hello, there," Hildegard waved with a nervous smile. "It's a great day, isn't it?"

"Amber, Hildegard, what are you doing here?" Sofia frowned.

Hugo found the bag of the manure Amber and Hildegard had been using.

"Quick Garden Grass Manure?" Hugo read the name on the bag.

"But the royal gardener doesn't even like using manure," Axel frowned.

Sofia remembered seeing this bag with Amber and Hildegard earlier—and she knew they had to be responsible for this.

"Did you use all this manure on Hugo's garden?" Sofia glared at the girls.

"What?" Amber asked, trying to pretend she wasn't responsible.

"Why would we do that?" Hildegard added.

But Sofia gave both the princesses an angry glare, which scared them both silly.

"Okay, yes, we used all the manure on the garden," Amber confessed.

"Amber, it's nice that to you want to help Hugo, but Dad said not to put any manure on the garden—not even a little—because we don't know how dangerous it can be," Sofia scolded her sister.

"That's right, Sofia," Roland declared.

Everyone turned and saw Roland with Garrick.

"Amber, I saw you and Hildegard put that bag of manure in the coach, so I had to follow you here," Roland scolded his oldest daughter. "When I told you not to use the manure, it was for a good reason."

"Whenever parents tell you not to do something, it means they don't want the results of what would've happened," Garrick declared. "Hugo wanted to help weed the garden earlier, but I told him he couldn't use the weed spray because he didn't know how to use it."

"Fortunately, it won't be raining, so the hot sun should kill all this grass," Miles declared.

"But it won't be hot enough to kill all of it," Axel pointed out. Then he let out a sneeze.

"Bless you," Garrick said.

"Thanks," Axel sniffled.

"Well, it looks like when you made the grass grow, you also made the weeds grow back," Sofia told the girls.

Then Hugo had an idea. "Weeds? That's it!" Hugo beamed. "I know how we can get rid of this grass."

"How?" everyone asked together.

"The royal gardener accidentally killed all the grass with the weed spray he was using," Hugo pointed out. "Maybe the weed spray can kill all this grass."

"That's perfect," Garrick smiled.

"It looks like we'll need a lot of weed spray for this job," Roland declared.

"Fortunately, I bought a lot of weed spray containers," the royal gardener grinned.

"Can we help with this?" Prince Henry asked.

"Sure," Garrick nodded.

"I'll take the kids inside," Axel sniffled.

"Okay, it'll take a lot of time to get rid of all this grass, so you'll have to stay inside even after we kill all the grass," Roland nodded. "This stuff is full of strong chemicals."

"You mean we have to stay inside for hours?" Amber gasped.

"Amber, you didn't listen to Dad today, and look at the mess you made," Sofia glared at her sister. "This time you have to listen."

"Okay," Amber sighed.
