Prom night

Today is the big day! Prom day!!!! I'm excited and sad at the same time.

I didn't have a date but I was going to prom anyways. I got dresses and headed to prom with my brother and his girlfriend. We jumped out of the car and into the room. My eyes turned to see all the lights and people. He started to feel scared because it was mostly seniors and he was a junior soon to be a senior.

Then he saw Jassie, a girl who has a crush on him. The went on the dance floor and started to dance. He then glimpsed Kay staring on him with a shocked and depressed face. He asked himself why is she staring at me? Does she think that Jassie and I ate dating? Does she still love me? Does she want to get back together?

They called out the two prom kings and queens and I got king and Jassie got queen. When we went to have the royal dance I saw Kay running out and sobbing. I stopped dancing and went after her. I found her and asked her what's wrong Kay she wiped her tears and said we're done, leave me alone, stop running behind me, I don't need you and I don't love you anymore and then she marched away. I stood there heartbroken and from that moment I left her alone and I was ready to move on.
