"Rosalinda, can you tell me if this outfit for tomorrow looks nice? Or is it tacky?" Rey asked with his hands in his hips.

Rosalinda looked up from her book and at the clothes laid out beside her on the bed.

"I think they look-"

"If only I could have you both right now." She heard someone purr in her ear.

Flinching Rosalinda looked behind her to see William with worried eyes. She still had that bad habit of flinching. Any little thing would set her off causing her to involuntarily do it.

"Sorry doll face didn't mean to frighten you." He said as he jumped off the bed.

Rey bent over and kissed him on the lips. "Does teal look good with the black?"

Williams made a vomiting noise. "Hell no, why would you ever wear teal, not only does it not look good but it's the color of gangrene."

Rosalinda chuckled as she went back to reading.

She felt a hand on her calf causing her to sit up straight tucking her legs under her. "Please don't."

Rey sighed. "You have to talk about it, Rosy."

Shaking her head she picked up her book and went to the living room. Finals were coming and she needed to review over notes and chapters.

Rosalinda wanted to be able to play around and be ok. But she was still trying to emotionally heal. Her bruises were gone as if nothing happened but inside she was very much wounded.

As much as she would love to talk to someone she was just so scared that they'll use her vulnerabilities against her.

Feeling a hand on her shoulder made her tense up.

Looking up to see Rey with a sad smile he climbed over the couch and placed his body comfortably between her legs were his head and pillow replaced the book in her lap. William entered the room and huffed in annoyance.

"Your place is a bachelor pad, we need to turn it homier, now that Rosy is here." He said.

Rey shrugged. "I only have one room."

"Exactly! Contract someone to knock down a wall and build another room."

Rosalinda shook her head. "No, it's ok really if you need me to go I can-"

Rey jerked his head up and gave her a hard look. "I dare you to finish that sentence."

Sighing in defeat Rosalinda remained silent.

"It's doable, though it might take a while."

William smiled in content. "Smart man, I was starting to get jealous knowing you have her as a cuddle buddy," he said pointing to Rosalinda. "No offense."

"None taken."

Rey laughed. "She's a pretty good cuddle buddy. She tends to hold me in a vice grip at night. Very nice boob to back contact."

Rosalinda groaned in embarrassment. "I'm sorry."

Putting his hands up in surrender. "No damage, I find it cute. Just be happy it's me and not him. He wouldn't be able to handle it and cop a feel."

William smirked. "True."

There was a sharp knock at the door, Rosalinda jumped while Rey angrily sat up and crossed his arms over his chest.
