Yip-

I found Leona and I sitting at a table waiting for our food to be served.

I never felt like this before! Even around Leona.

My palms were sweaty, I was smiling like an idiot, name it!

Leona giggled.

"You okay Yip? You look like you just saw ghost." Leona teased.

"Ghost? I see no ghost, just my dazzling date in front of me..." I found myself staring at Leona.

"Oh Yip, no need to try to flatter me, we've known each-other for a long time." Leona smiled, her werewolf tail wagging side to side and her ears were relaxed.

I smiled softly.

"True, but still.." I replied. We were waiting for our food to arrive.

"You look handsome in that outfit." Leona said, looking at me affectionately.

I smiled, sharing her expression.

"You look beautiful." I said.

Gah! I just KNEW how sappy and all this was.

Leona seemed to realize this too.

"So Yip, hows Rollo and Lello doing?" Leona asked.

"Rollo and Lello?" I asked, trying to think of the right words.

"No, your apple." Leona replied, sarcastically.

I swear, Leona was the master of sarcasm.

She just wasn't always sarcastic.

But when she is, damn.

"They're doing great. They're having a bit if trouble with school, but everything else is good. They just found their werewolf forms." I said, rather proudly.

"Oh?" Leona asked, her ears pricked up. She was interested.

"Yeah. They're both brown, like me." I replied.

Leona nodded.

"Cool." She nodded.

"I also have a baby sister." Yip smiled.

"Really?" Leona's tail began wagging. "Does she have a name?"

I soon my head no.

"No, not yet. Mom and dad are still arguing on what to name her. It's been a few days since she was born and months before, and just... wow." I laughed to myself.

Leona giggled.

"Must have easier when they had twins, eh?" Leona commented.

"Yup." I agreed.

Soon our food came and we began wolfing down our food.

"What's your favorite type of food?" Leona asked.

"Well, I would say I love bacon." I replied.

Leona shrugged.

"I like chicken," She replied to my reply. "Even though my mom's a vegetarian." Leona added.

"Do you have a frisbee?" I asked.

"Of course I do! Frisbee, is like, the best game ever!" Leona giggled.

"I full-heartedly agree with you." I said, taking a sip of my water.

Soon we had finished our food and water.

"Hello, can we have the bill?" Leona asked as a waiter as he came to our table.

"Of course." The waiter nodded, his dirty-blond hair shaking.

Huh, that guy looked familiar.

Was it...

Kyle?

Nah..

After the waiter left, Leona looked me dead straight in the eye.

"Now... Who's paying the bill?" Leona asked.

"Me!" We said in union.

Leona just shook her head.

"Cash?" She asked.

I looked inside my wallet.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"We'll divide the price in half than." Leona replied.

"Leona! You're a genius!" I said, laughing.

Leona laughed too.

Soon our waiter came with our bill.

$59.20

"We each pay twenty-nine dollars, sixty cents." Leona said, analyzing the bill in a second.

"Whoa, nice math there, babe," I said, accidentally called Leona 'babe'. "I mean uh..."

Leona laughed, and did a tiny snort in between.

"Eh, no worries... babe." Leona teased me.

I rolled my eyes playfully as Leona and I got our cash out.

We both gave a tip, too.

Soon we were walking on the sidewalk.

"That was a nice date. Score a second sometime?" Leona asked.

I smiled, pressing myself against Leona.

"Defiantly." I said, putting my hands into my pockets, casually.

"Smooth Yip, smooth." Leona smiled.

"Aww thanks Leona." I laughed.

Leona smirked at me.

"What?" I asked, confused.

"Oh I was just thinking of... things." She giggled to herself.

"Like what?" I asked, looking at her. We had just walked on Leona's street.

Yes, we walked.

"Oh, just this." Leona said.

Suddenly, I felt lips on mines.

Leona was kissing me.

But it ended as soon as it started.

"Bye Yip~" Leona giggled, and winked at me before running off.

I felt myself blush a deep red.

Oh Leona...

"Bye..." I said, trying to shake off my awkward feelings.

I headed home, still blushing.
