chapter 5

I can't help but think this is absolutely crazy. I just met this kid and now I'm showering and sleeping in his house with his brother. he's just so sweet.

I take my time heading down stairs so I can admire the house a little more. when I step down the large stairs I feel like a princess. I finally feel beautiful on these stairs. I get to the bottom and take a left and find a living room with two white couches and a flat screen. I turn around and keep going straight into another room which I find Liam in. I walk in and see a boy with blonde hair cutting veggies and putting them into a big bowl of salad. Liam turns to me immediately and smiles.

"how was your shower?" 

"I didn't take a shower..." the blonde boy says.

"Not you, moron" he says rolling his eyes. The blue eyed blonde kid turned around and said "well, hello"

"um, hi" I say shyly.

"Ella this is Niall, Niall this is Ella"

"It's nice to meet you" he says politely.

"you too." I smile. "Can I help?"

"no no no you are the quest go take a seat in the dining room it's past the stairs"

"okay thanks"

"no problem, beautiful"

my cheeks turn red as I out of the room and into the dining room. a large chandelier hung above the large table a red silk table cloth is laid against the table.  I take a moment to walk around the room taking in all the beauty in it. I take a seat in the middle seat of the table. Liam walks in with a wood board over his arms and a large steak on top of it. He sets the steak in the middle of the table.

"How is everything?"

"Honestly, it's the most perfect thing that has literally ever happened to me," tears start to prick my eyes. "Thank you, Liam, thank you so so much"

He walks around the table and sits in the chair next to me turning it toward me.

"Hey, listen I will do anything just ask. but no thank you's" he says.

a few minutes later Niall comes in with the biggest salad ever and Liam gets up out of his chair to arrive next to me a few seconds later with a bottle of wine.

"so fancy" I whisper.

"well we have a guest" he whispers back.

Liam pours the wine in my cup. The alcohol does bring back some bad memories but they'll disappear soon enough when I've had enough. After dinner is over we watch Batman in the living room.

I plop down on the middle white couch and Liam throws what might be the most comfortable and softest blanket of all time on me and the boys take seats next to me. halfway through the movie I start to doze of and tell the boys that I'm going to bed and thank you once more.

I patter up the stairs to my bedroom for the time being. I flop down on the bed and in no time I'm asleep.

Liam POV

"So man, you like her or something?" Niall asks so coolly.

"I don't know. I mean she's gorgeous obviously but I need to get to know her a little more" I tell him.

"I get it. they're not all like Allie"

"Niall, we agreed not to-"

"Dude, I know but that's not healthy" he cuts off.

"I just I don't know"

"you loved her and she loved you but some things happen for reason" he tells me.

"Not that. That was me." I say.

"Alright I'm gonna head up" I tell him.

I walk up the stairs and stop at Ellas room and peek in. she's fast sleep sleeping messily and her face turn into a small smile.

She's so cute while she's sleeping.

as I lay down in my bed in the room next to ellas I finally agree to myself that I can start over with love. I want this. I want Ella. I just need to tell her about Allie.

Ella POV

"Stop! Katherine please!" I scream at Katherine while she ties the rope to the fan.

"Hey hey love listen to me" she whispers with tears streaming down her face. Her black hair curly as usual and put to her right shoulder. "I need to. I'm in pain. Listen, El. if I don't I'll just struggle and hurt. this is what needs to happen."

"Come here" she says and I slowly walk over to her. "Ella, you are my best friend and everything on my world but I'm holding you back. When I'm gone I'll be looking over you I just don't want you to become into everything I did. I love you so so much. you have no idea. When I am gone I don't want you thinking this is your fault okay?" I nod my head slowly.

"I love you,Katherine" I tell her.

"I love you, my sweet baby Ella"

"I'll be with you soon enough" she tells me.

I walk out of the room and close the door and enter my room to cut for the very first time.

"Ella!" Liam screams and I shoot straight up. I look around and see Liam in front of me. I start  to bawl.

"What's wrong?" he asks. I shake my head slowly.

"I'm okay. I'll be fine" I tell him. He hesitantly leaves the room. I sit up for what seems like hours but it's only one.

I get out of my bed and pad down to the next room. I open the door just a crack to see Liam sleeping on his back.

"Liam" I say loud enough to wake him up.

"yeah?" he asks

"Can I maybe... sleep with you?" I ask.

"Of course" I slip into place next to him and fall asleep feeling protected.
