Kyber Part 3

Jyn's POV

"His gone" I said. Not believing what he said. Cassian's already gone.

"No his not. His here" he said in defense

"Where?

"Follow me" He said as he started walking

I told my fellow members to stay behind. They all asked me: "why?" And I just replied to them: "I need to do this alone"

I followed the guy, Christopher. As he told me. As we make our way to the so called 'abandoned' house of the Andor's

"We're here" Christopher said

"I know" I whispered but loud enough for him to hear

"Go on" Christopher said as he took 3 steps backward

I slowly knocked on the door before taking a step back myself. Then suddenly a wave of thought came to my mind.

What does he look like? Is he ok? Is he the Cassian Andor? Is he the Cassian I love? Will he remember me? And lastly.. What happened after the fall?

But my questions will be soon answered as I saw a familiar face

"C-Cassian?" My voice broke as I mention his name

"Jyn?" Cassian said. His voice. Oh how much I miss his voice

I embraced him. Hugging him tighter with every second that's passing by

"It is you" I whispered, as I suddenly shed a tear

"Im here. Dont worry. Im not leaving you again" he replied back. As gentle as he can

I let go from his embrace. Looking at his brown eyes. Finally noticing his crutches

"How?" I asked him "What happened to you?"

"Maybe we should talk more privately" he said nodding towards Christopher

I turned to Christopher "Tell the others to wait by the ship"

Christopher obeyed as he went away

I turned my attention back to Cassian. I wiped my tears away "Now can you tell me? Can you tell me why you didn't let us know that you're alive until now?"
