"Pyramid time!" I hear, i swiftly slip of my tan Bloch jazz shoes and scurrie into Studio A. I stand side by side with my mom, and Kenzie as Miss Abby uncovers the bottom row. First Eve, you didn't dance so there's no where else to put you, next Kenzie, you forgot your solo, you haven't forgot since being promoted to dance with the Senior Company, dont let it happen again. Miss Abby continued uncovering the headshots and crtiqueing (sp?) us from last weeks starpower, the order went, Eve, Kenzie, Kendall, Brooke K, then she went on to the middle,"next we have Nia, you flew under the radar,but strived during your duet. "Next we have Chloe you Performed outstanding in the duet, but you and Nia still didn't win. It was coming down to the wire, I haven't been on the top of the pyramid in only god knows how long. "next we have Maddie, Your solo came in 2nd, but you still did amazing in the group, and on the top we have Paige!" Chloe and Maddie Came over and hugged me. I haven't been this happy since... EVER! Miss Abby assigned the dances for the week Maddie and I had Solos, Kenzie, Brooke, and Eve had a trio, and Everyone was in the group.

After Miss Abby announced this week's dances, I was so excited because I had a tap solo to the song Footloose called Cutting Loose, and Paige had a contemporary solo to the song Beneath your Beautiful called What Makes You Feel Good. We started working on the group, Chloe got the featured part this week. The dance was about a woman with cancer that is slowly dieing right befor her family's eyes, and the song was I Won't give up by Jason Mraz. This was only the second competition of the season, so it was all fair game this week.
