Average men don’t normally sit around doing weird tasks as to finding what is popular within society these days, right? Creating fake personalities and programing them into a machine twenty-four seven. A male, with long, messy, black hair, and dark brown eyes. A casual T-shirt, jeans, and socks, maybe even PJ’s if he was feeling up to it.
This was all but the normal life of no other then the man known as Master.

Chapter One
Project: Test One—
The said male grinned widely looking at his handy work. For the past few months, he’d been working on a new project to release. He’d spend days on end isolated within his workspace. Tinkering, coding, and such. That was just his life. His normal average day by day life. As he looked upon his work, admiring it for a minute or two, he decided to start a testing phase.
The male sighed and pressed a button on an intercom system linked throughout a large mansion.
“Good afternoon,” he greeted into the intercom, “I want to introduce my latest project to you. So please assemble into the living room.”
Master booted up his works and took them to the living room. Well the hallway...
“Ah,” he said sighing, “Good afternoon! I hope I didn't interrupt anything. But I would like to introduce two new VOCALOIDs to the PowerFX Systems AB. and the AH - Software Co. Ltd.”
Ooh’s and Ah’s were heard throughout the room. Master smiled at the positive response and brought out the two new VOCALOIDs.
The first one was female. She had light purple-pink hair tied into two low pigtails with purple eyes. She wore a light purple sleeveless shirt with a rabbit themed jacket, white capris, and ankle boots. She had large buttons on her hips and one in her hair as well.
The other one was male. He had blonde hair that spiked out in all sorts of directions, a set of auburn eyes, and wore a gray sleeveless jacket with a gold zipper. Along with it he also wore a quarter-sleeved shirt that was rolled up at the elbows, with dark gray capris, yellow suspenders that hung down, and black high-tops. Then to top it off he had a black choker around his neck and multiple bracelets on both of his wrists.
Master pointed to the female, “This is Yuzuki Yukari.” He grinned and turned towards the other male, “And this is YOHIOloid.”
“Master, if I may but... Where will they sleep?” A girl named IA asked. “Because, if you want, Yukari-chan can bunk with me.”
“Yes. I haven’t got rooms for them. Considering they’re still prototypes, they’ll have to bunk with others temporarily. IA, Yukari shall bunk with you and,” Master glanced around the room pointing his finger at one in the crowd, “Gackpoid! YOHIOloid shall bunk with you.”
IA squealed as she ran up to Yukari and squeezed her. “Ooh! This will be so much fun!”
Gakupo looked annoyed at the sudden intrusion of his privacy. However, only nodding with a barely audible Hai.
“Good now that things are settled, I’ll be in my office. Any questions just ask the Prototypes. Anything else, buzz into my office. Please note that they are prototypes. So please don’t be disappointed if they end up being scrapped.” With that being said Master walked away from the room and the many VOCALOIDs went off doing their own things. But not before greeting the two of course.
“Come on YOHIOloid, I’ll show you my room.” Gakupo said holding out his hand, motioning to follow him. YOHIOloid nodded and followed Gakupo to his bedroom.
“So um... This is it.” Gakupo shrugged, “Um... You can sleep on the futon if you would like.”
Gakupo pointed to a couch in front of a TV in the corner of the large bedroom. YOHIOloid raised an eyebrow and tilted his head a bit.
“What? It’s a fold-out bed.” Gakupo explained.
YOHIOloid made an “o” shape with his mouth and nodded. The room was pretty good sized. In the right side of the room was Gakupo’s bed. Near it was a closet for his belongings and such. Then on the left side was a TV stand with a game console, controllers, movies, games, and the futon. It was also surprisingly tidy.
On the walls, it showed pictures of Gakupo's friends, and samurai-like things. Such as a display case with a Katana inside. YOHIOloid tilted his head and walked over to it, then looked at Gakupo.
“My Katana?” He asked YOHIOloid nodded, “I’m a samurai, it’s a symbol of what I stand for. I fight with it.”
YOHIOloid had another “o” shape with his mouth and grinned and admired the sword. “You don’t talk much do you?”
YOHIOloid looked back at Gakupo and frowned a bit. He made multiple hand movements, until Gakupo made a face at him. The blonde stood their for a minute and then made a writing gesture with one of his hands.
“Paper?” He asked. YOHIOloid nodded and Gakupo went to his closet and grabbed out a dry-erase board and marker. He handed them to YOHIOloid and he instantly began writing.
‘Prototypes don’t have voice banks :( ’
“Oh...” Gakupo frowned, “I didn’t mean to offend you.”
YOHIOloid erased the white-board with his hand and quickly wrote down something else.
‘It’s OK! You didn’t offend me.’
Gakupo laughed a bit and sat down on his bed, “So... Do you want to do anything YOHIOloid?”
YOHIOloid tapped his chin and wrote down another thing on his white board, ‘Call me Hio, it’s shorter. Could I meet more VOCALOIDs?’
Gakupo grinned and nodded. Hio followed him into another room. The room was extremely messy, clothes were all over the ground, and it reeked of dirty feet. Hio scrunched his nose up.
“Yeah, that’s just the laundry, I think. Let’s hope it is anyways.” Gakupo whispered with a sigh at the end.
A guy with blue hair sat on the bed in the corner of the room. He had his eyes closed and was listening to music so he didn’t notice the two come into the pigsty.
‘What’s his name?’
“That’s Kaito.” Gakupo grinned and nudged Hio forward, “Go tap his shoulder.”
Hio looked at Kaito and the purplette nodded, he handed Gakupo his white-board and marker and maneuvered his way over to Kaito. Hio glanced at Gakupo as he laughed a bit, Hio then lightly tapped Kaito causing him to flinch. Hio stepped back and tripped over a pair of shoes and looked at Gakupo with a pout.
“Oh, Gakupo, YOHIOloid, what are you guys doing? You scared me.” Kaito said taking out one of his ear buds.
“Hio wanted to meet you.” Gakupo grinned and Hio nodded.
“Oh, well nice to meet you I’m Kaito.” Kaito grinned and held out his hand. Hio raised an eyebrow, and took his hand. Kaito helped him up.
“Have you met anyone else yet?” Kaito asked. Hio shook his head no. “How come you don’t talk?”
Gakupo groaned, “He’s a mute.”
“A what?”
Hio moved his hands around again, that only made Kaito more confused as he looked at the boy weirdly. Hio grabbed the white-board from Gakupo and wrote ‘Prototypes don’t have voice banks.’
“Oh, I’m sorry YOHIOloid!” Kaito said shaking his hands.
‘It’s OK! But call me Hio.’
Kaito smiled at Hio and nodded and then ruffled up his hair. Hio pouted again and huffed. Tucking his white under his arm, and fixing up his hair.
“Let’s go introduce you to more people!”
