I opened my eyes and looked out the dimmed window.  I caught my breath and ran a hand through my hair.  I was filled with so many emotions. I closed my eyes and took deep breaths to calm myself down.  I couldn't be so emotional, especially not in front of Ryder.  When I was alone inside my dorm I could, but not around people.  That was the way I was always taught and the rule that in enforced heavily here. I open my eyes and look to see Ryder typing things on his phone.  I felt relief knowing that he didn't see the emotions that have crossed across my face.  It was always embarrassing when we would tell me to compose myself and to straighten out.  Reapers would always turn and look at me. I guess because most reapers don't show much emotion, like a blank canvas.

"Silvia, what are you thinking about so deeply over there?"   Ryder looks at me.

"Nothing..."  I mumble and look out the window, trying to avoid the conversation.  Normally when something like this happens I would say I have to go, or just walk off with a smart comment.

"Silvia," He prodded.  "You should know better than try to think that nothing was going through that mind of yours, I know something is... You should tell me."

I turn to him and say, "We are back."  I unbuckled myself  and walked out of the car, slamming the door a little so he can be irked.

"Silvia!" He yelled.

I go up the steps that lead to the old Victorian building.  I go up exactly 9 steps and turn to him and looked at how he was.  He was obviously mad, his face might have not shown it, but his voice did.  "I thought you said that after the Robinsons, we would be done.  So I figured I was going to my dorm and rest."  I turned around and began going up the stairs.

"I swear you are probably the most difficult Reaper I have ever dealt with!"

I snorted and called, "Like I haven't heard that one before."

"Don't walk away from this conversation!" Ryder growls.

"Leave me alone! I am going to my dorm to rest and actually spend some time with my friend!" I yell.

"Tell your friend, Ms. Empire that she should stop filling your head with madness."

"Madness?" I turned and looked at him.  He was only a few steps behind me.  "You fool, she isn't teaching me madness, only you! You drive me up a wall! You and your stupid cars, phones and love to make me feel stupid.  You are just like the other reapers! They only care about themselves!" I growl and run up the remaining 8 steps.   I took a right and walked down the marbled halls.  Everything here was too perfect, just like at my home.  I couldn't stand it.

"Silvia your a reaper also, the witch is filling your head with lies."

I keep walking.  I wasn't going to let him see me have a reaction like the last time.  Even though last time was funny.  He got me mad enough that I turned around and slapped him.  Right in the face, above the cheek. He still has a slight bruise, but it is fading fast.  It was so tempting to slap him again.  I resisted the urge though.

I kept walking straight into my dorm room.  When I reach room 99, I place my finger on the black screen and I hear the door unlock.  I noticed on my left that Ryder was still walking towards me, he was absolutely furious now. I shrug and open my door and closed it right before could he reach it.  I took off my black flats and shrugged my jacket off.

"Silvia," I hear a familiar sing song tune of my roommate -Ginger Empire- as she dances towards me.  I couldn't help but crack a smile, her bleach blonde hair going everywhere and her intense blue eyes everything but serious. "I feel so lucky,"
