"So I'm having a party at my house and you're all invited." Lydia said excitedly. "I'd love to come." Kira said in the same tone. A chorus of "yeahs" and "I'll be there's" rang out from the group. "Great, I'll see you all there." She said before walking away. I noticed Malia looking a little nervous. "Hey what's wrong?" I ask her. "It's just I've never been to a party before. This will be my first one, and I don't want to mess it up." "Don't worry, will all be there to help you out." Kira said to her. "Thanks guys." She said and I could tell she was feeling a little better.
Nobody's pov
Everyone was at home getting ready for the party. The girls were over Lydia's house, and the boys were over Derek's house.
At Lydia's
"So who's excited for the party tonight!" Kira exclaimed doing Malia's hair and makeup. "I definitely am because tonight I'm going to see if Boyd has feelings for me." Erica said smiling. "Why do you think he has feelings for you?" Asked Malia. "Because he is always around me and one time he almost kissed me but we were interrupted..." she glares at Lydia. "Hey that was not my fault. I just happened to walk into the wrong place at the wrong time." She chuckled while flat ironing her hair. "Yeah whatever. Anyway, after that he won't even look at me, so, I really don't think he likes me, but tonight I'm going to find out for sure." She said determined. "I say you go for it. Make the first move. Be the leader." Braeden said smiling. "Thanks brae bear." Erica said. "I suggest you don't start that if you don't want to end up looking like a clown." She replied smirking. "You've been hanging around Derek too much." Kira said. "Oh god, I have." She frowns. They all laughed. "So anyone else have any boy in mind?" Erica asked. "Lydia what about Isaac?" "Hmm, I don't know. He's cute but what's with the scarves all the time?" "Maybe that's his thing." They laugh again.
At Derek's
The boys were doing nothing but lounging around and the party was in 1 hour. "Hey maybe we should get ready to go to that party." Scott said. "Why we still have an hour." Stiles reasoned. "Yeah we'll be fine." Derek said changing the channel on the tv. "So Boyd any girls in mind at this party tonight?" Isaac said nudging Boyd in his side. "Na not really. Why?" "What about Erica?" Isaac not so subtly suggests. "What about her?" Boyd asks confused. "Dude you guys are like in love with each other." Stiles says. "What are you talking about? We are definitely not in love with each other." "Yes you both are." Derek chimes in smiling. "You're in denial buddy." "No I'm not I just know Erica and I'm not really her type." "Dude you two almost kissed and probably would've if Lydia and I hadn't walked in. So I think it's pretty safe to say you like her and she likes you too." Scott says smirking. "Okay maybe I do like her whatever." "You definitely do." Isaac says laughing. "Why don't you tell her that." "I don't know man." Tell her tonight at the party." "Okay I will." "Good for you." Scott said. "Guys we only have 20 minutes to get ready." Stiles says. "We should probably get ready." "I don't think they'll be mad if we're a few minutes late." Derek says. "Yeah we'll be fine." Scott says and they finish watching the game.
