Authors note: Also Work in Progress, but this is more completed and fleshed out. I removed a lot of unnecessary dialogue that did not add to the story

Koshi and her master walked through the Jedi temple. It was a beautiful and relaxing day. Sadly Koshi's mind did not reflect the day. Her stomach was in knots. She had trained hard, but she wasn't sure she was ready for the Jedi trials. But her master insisted she was.

They entered the seating room for those waiting to speak with theJedi Council. It was a large chamber, filled with simple, sleek chairs. The floor was a blue carpet, and it was mostly bay windows overlooking the gardens and wildlife outside of the temple. It was peaceful.

Koshi decided to sit alone and meditate. Get her mind off of the fact she was going to either become a Jedi knight, or an obscure worker, who, despite being praised and thanked for their work and for doing meaningful work, seemed too dull for Koshi.

She cleared her mind of all thoughts and relaxed. She started to search the force. It wasn't the first time she had done this, and so it came rather easily to remove the thoughts from her mind. Images started to flash in her mind. The images were quick and came and went very quickly. She heard a voice say: "Change me..." but did not recognize the voice. She could hear screaming, and she could see wars fought among the stars and a solar eclipse above the temple before a small group of Sith stood.

She then heard her master calling her name, telling her she needed to stand before the council. She quickly awoke from the vision. She arose from her seat. Her teacher looked at her disappointingly as if she had been there for too long. Koshi walked silently to the elevator.

As the elevator rose, Koshi couldn't help but ponder the vision. Who had requested to be changed? And why did they ask her? Who were the Sith in the vision? So much scrambled and searched for answers. She eventually chose to set it aside until after the trials. It would be most likely brought up then if the council saw anything similar to what she saw in her.

She tried to use the force to jam the turbo lift or at least slow it. However, the council had had it made out of anti-force metals. It was a common practice, as many Jedi padawans would love to postpone this part of the trials as much as possible. She slowly stepped out and began the trials.
