Me and the girls spent the rest of the night gossiping and simply enjoying the company. Truly we didn't have much but each other; Lucy had her mom, Rachel had Ross basically, Rose her brothers, then there's me the lucky one of the bunch. I had my brothers, Ellington, and my beautiful daughter, I didn't need anything else. The next morning we made a wonderful breakfast and the girls one by one left afterwards. Quickly I called Ellington to come back home. I cleaned up the living room from yesterday's mess when the doorbell rang. Not expecting any company i wondered who it must be, I quickly opened it and it my suprise...

"I was worried about you and decided to come check up on;" Axel said with a bright smile showing his shining teeth.

"Oh, Axel! Hi, come in. I'm sorry about last time, Ellington was a bit mad I guess," I said widening the door so he could come in.

"No, i'm sorry. It wss wrong of me to act like that. It's just i hate cheaters, my dad cheated on my mom and I just can't tolerate it," He sighed.

"I'm so sorry to hear that, but thanks for the gesture anyway," I smiled softly.

"So... How are things with Ellington? Did you break up?" As soon as those words came out of Axel's mouth Ellington came threw the door calling my name.

"Mommy!" Riley's voice echoed threw the house.

Riley ran up to my arms but quickly noticed Axel and made a face to the stranger in her house. Ellington on the other hand was about to explode but contained himself for Riley's face.

"I take that as a no;" Axel said shaking his head, looking disappointed one might think.

"What's he doing here?" Ellington spoke as calmly as possible.

"Leaving. It was nice to see you Rydel, stay safe. You too little one;" Axel spoke winking at Riley. "Ellington;" he spoke as he passed beside him and out the door.

I couldn't tell what was passing threw Ellingtons head but I knew he was mad. He shouldn't be mad, there's no point in being mad at him being here.

"Riley, go to your room;" Ellington said roughly. Riley jumped from my arms looked between us and I gave her a reassuring smile before she ran up the stairs.

"Ellington, there's no need to;" I began to sau before he cut me off.

"Don't even say it. Of course i need to be mad. That man threatened me in my own house, and he comes back?! I don't like him Rydel, and you know it;"

"Baby i know, but he's not a bad person. He just doesn't understand okay? let's just forget it;" I smiled softly and caressed his face to calm him down a bit.

Riker's pov:

What could possibly have had Lucy so shaken up? I'm not suppose to worry I hardly know the girl but it troubles me not knowing if she's okay or nor. Rydel would tell me if anything is seriously wrong so I shouldn't worry. I spent the day laying in bed trying to entertain myself but nether less I was bored. The rest of the boys were out doind God know what, I'm stuck here all alone.

I hear someone knocking at the door, quickly U get up and to my suprise Lucy is at the door. What a sight for sore eyes she is.

"Hi," She smiled nervously.

"Come in;" I spoke rushed, opening the door completely.

"I wanted to say i'm sorry again, for the otger day;" She started saying "On the bright side I had fun. The kinda fun i haven't had in a while;"

"I'm glad, truly. So did I;" I chuckled.  "Want to go get ice cream? I've been dying to try this new place by the studio;"

"That would be great;" She smiled widely and off we went.
