There are days too hard,
So you put up your guard,
And inside you feel,
You can no longer deal,
With the weight of the world
With life so unfurled,
But hold on to your hope,
And tie in a knot
And if you fall,
You will be caught,
Stressed and worried,
Everything seems hurried,
No time to think,
Its all on the brink,
Nerves a mess,
And your mind in distress,
Cling to your slope,
And if you lose hope,
Worry not,
For you will be caught.
Bills and files,
Mounting in piles
No end it sight,
Nothing feels right,
Hold on there my friend
I've got the other end,
And remember this thought,
You will be caught
And a day will come,
When I will too,
Need such a net,
Held just by you.
This is our friendship,
A promise of a firm grip,
Where I swear,
That I truly care,
And if you lose your spot,
If things feel shot,
If all seems for naught,
I promise you,
You will be caught..
