Eenie meenie miney mo

That's the way that this one goes.

She cannot make up her mind,

and trouble will be hers to find.

She sits in the window with tears in her eyes,

She is alone as she cries.

Another one who needs a friend,

waiting for loneliness to end.

But still she finds that even though,

she goes eenie meenie miney mo,

the ones she chooses don't choose her,

and getting your hopes up only hurts.

'So before I go' she says,

she gets on her knees and prays.

Prays for someone to help her smile,

or she'll be gone for a long while.

Eenie meenie miney mo,

that's the way this girl will go.

While she hid her sadness undercover,

she found that Death was her only lover.

Eenie meenie miney mo,

caught the girl by her throat,

when she hollered, life let go,

Eenie meenie miney mo.
