Who Are You? [NaLu]

~Prologue~

Lucy's Pov, 

After losing Aquarius and then finding out Natsu went missing after dealing with Mard Geer and his demons killed me. My heart was slowly destroyed. After a whole year of Natsu missing everyone believed he was dead. Half way through the year strange fire related murders had been popping up all over Fiore. Gray and Erza had been chosen to help find whoever was doing and stop them. I myself well me and Happy joined together and were our own team. We kept each other smiling as we both believed Natsu was alive.

I was worried honestly. My hope was really starting to fade as today marked the year it all happened. I had gotten much stronger thanks to Loke and Capricorn. They offered to train me as I was always looking for Aquarius's key. I wasn't going to stop until I found her once again. I was walking to the guild with Happy flying above me talking about how he and Carla were getting close. I was glad that the two of them was slowly getting closer. Once we got to the guild the doors were wide open.

People were crying and cheering as I was confused. Happy flew up and head as I saw him burst into tears flying toward to someone. I was even more confused. Everyone saw me and moved out the way as my eyes widen to see Natsu standing there giving me his toothy grin. "What up Lucee?" he soon asked as my eyes started to water. I rushed at him, hugging him. "YOU BAKA NEVER GO MISSING LIKE THAT AGAIN" I soon shouted as loud as I could as I felt him hug me back with a chuckle. 

That night Fairy Tail threw the biggest party they ever had. The next morning I woke up to see Natsu laughing along with Gray, Laxus and Gajeel the four of them talking about something. I couldn't help but smile, I did want to go up and talk to him but I just moved to the bar as Mira looked at me. "You are the most happy one out of all of us Lucy" Mira giggled as I laughed slightly. "Can't blame me Mira" I soon spoke as only Mira and Levy knew how I was able to free them. How I lost Aquarius.

"I will hopefully get some information for you soon Lucy or Levy will" Mira then gave me a warm smile. Her smiles always got others to smile as I nodded. "Know what Flame Idiot you seem to have somehow grown up in the past year" Gray laughed as I turned my head getting ready for Natsu to reply with another name and them to burst into a fight. "Yeah well had to happen some time" Natsu laughed along as I stood there shocked. Natsu would never let Gray get away with calling him a name.

I soon noticed Happy looking at him confused. I then shook my head. He must of been through a lot. Then again I soon noticed a bandage around Natsu's right arm. I shook my head slightly as just something didn't feel right. "You alright Lu?" I heard Levy ask behind me as I turned my head to see her looking at me worried. "I'm fine just not feeling well. I'm gonna go home and rest" I soon answered with a lie but lucky for me Levy brought it. I then headed out the guild saying bye to everyone as I walked home.

I hugged myself thinking. The party last night. Natsu acted as if he didn't remember some of the guild members and soon as someone asked him about Igneel he had no emotion. That wasn't right. Natsu would of at lest been sad about it. Soon as I got to my apartment I went to change in a big baggy black top with white shorts under. It was a pretty hot day and it was in the middle of summer meaning the night would be even more hot. My mind was still on Natsu.

Was that really him who came home?
