Chapter 3: Meet Up

    They were inside the mall. There was Christmas lights everywhere. The two started heading to a restaurant to meet up with the bunny's mom. Suddenly the rabbit felt a buzz in his back pocket. "Huh?", he said. Bryan stopped and looked down to his friend. "What happened?", he asked. "It's my mom...She just texted", the bunny replied and looked at the phone. "Turn around!", it said. The bunny was tackled to the ground by a little girl. Bryan was shocked and stayed still. "Big brother!!", the girl said. Jonnie laughed and hugged his sister. "Oh my god! It's great to see you again!", Jonnie said hugging his little sister. He started to cry a little. Bryan studied the little girl. The girl looked and sounded like she was under 8 years. She is also Caucasian. Just like Jonnie. They looked similar except that the little girl had brownish black eyes. She had blonde hair and was wearing a white sweater. She had mittens on and had a pink beanie on. She wore light brown leggings and black coal boots. 

    Jonnie hugged his little sister. "We wanted to surprise you by coming over here!", the little sister said. Jonnie smiled and kissed her cheek. "I'm glad you came!", Jonnie said. The little girl finally noticed Bryan and stopped. "Big brother who's that? Is that your boyfriend?", she said. The two men both stopped. Jonnie's face was red as a raspberry. Bryan was smiling. "N-N-no! That's my roommate!", he stuttered. "No, I'm his boyfriend", Bryan said and walked up to Jonnie and kissed him. "U-u-uh....", Jonnie said and he immdediately covered his face with his bunny ears. "W-Why?", he said, still blushing. "'Cause I can", Bryan said and embraced the other in his arms. The little girl started giggling. "Awww. Big brother has a boyfriend!", she said. Bryan then let go and bent over. "What's your name?", he asked. "My name is Jenny!", she replied. Bryan chuckled. "Nice name!", he said. Jenny thanked him and walked towards an elderly old lady. The lady had white hair that curled up to the top with a bun. Her skin was pale as snow. She also had blue eyes like Jonnie. She was wearing a white fur coat with a dark purple skirt. She wore black stockings and had pink ruby high heels. She was carrying a light blue purse. "And you must be Jonnie's partner?", she said. "Mom!", Jonnie said and hugged her. "I missed you so much!", Jonnie said. "Me too son...", she said with tears. Bryan was delighted to see Jonnie happy. He smiled to this and the mother looked at him. "And you are?". "Oh! I'm Bryan!", he said and bowed down. "Come here, 'son'", she said. Bryan happily walked up and joined in the hug. 

    "How long have you been dating?", she asked the two while they were all seated at a table, waiting for the food they ordered. You see, they went to this restaurant at the mall. "W-We aren't d-d-dating m-m-mom...", Jonnie said while blushing. Bryan started laughing and hugged Jonnie. See? That is why he loves Jonnie so much. "Oh...I thought so...", Jenny said sadly. "But you guys look good together!", the mom said. "Mom!", Jonnie said while hiding his face. Jonnie's face was completely red. "Here is your guys' food!", said the waiter. The waiter placed a cooked salmon in front of the mom. A grilled sandwich in front of Jenny. And spaghetti in the middle of Jonnie and Bryan. Lots of times, Jonnie and Bryan don't mind sharing meals. "Yay! Let's dig in!", Jenny said. The mom stopped her. "Let's take pictures first!", she said while taking out a camera. "Aww I'm hungry though...", Bryan said. Jonnie and Bryan scooted together and hugged each other smiling. The mom took a lot of pictures. Then she gave it to Jonnie so he can take a picture of Jenny and the mom. Then they asked the waiter to take a picture of them. 

    4 Hours Later...

    "It was nice meeting you!", Bryan said while carrying a tired and sleeping bunny. The mom smiled. "But your son needs sleep. Has work tomorrow!", Bryan said. "Okay! Give this to him", she said while giving a white envelope. "It's from daddy!", Jenny said. Bryan looked at it and he smiled. It was a fake smile. Bryan knew that his father is evil. Would never forgive him. "Well, see you guys next time!", he said. They both hugged one last time and left each other. Bryan started walking to his car, carrying a sleeping Jonnie. He opened the door and slowly layed his friend on the chair. He put onhis seat belt and closed the door softly. He went to the other side and opened the door. He got it and closed the door. He looked at the sleeping bunny who covered his face with  his black bunny ears. It was cute to see that. He turned on the car and looked at the time. It was 7:32pm and he started driving. They arrived at the house at 8:00pm. He parked the car and got out. He went to the other side and opened the door. He then shook the bunny up, softly. "Babe...come on...I'm tired too", he said. The rabbit groaned and got up. "We home?...", Jonnie said while rubbing his head. Bryan nodded. "Come on...", Bryan said. Jonnie stayed there but lifted up his hands. "Carry me~", Jonnie said. Bryan chuckled and carried him to the house. He opened the door and got in.

    The house was dark so he turned on the house lights. He took off the bunny's shoes and put it by the side. He took off his shoes and placed it right next to the shoes. He went up stairs and softly dropped the bunny on to the bed. He was about to go until Jonnie grabbed his arm. "Please don't leave...", Jonnie said. Bryan turned around and smiled. He went onto the bed with Jonnie and started to pull the covers. "Here", Bryan said, almost forgetting about the envelope. Jonnie looked at it and placed it on the table. "I'll check it tomorrow...", Jonnie groggily said. Bryan nodded and took off his jacket. He tapped Jonnie and Jonnie sat up. Bryan took off the jacket and placed it on the chair. He went to the thermostat and place it 98 degrees Fahrenheit. He went back and saw Jonnie sleeping in the covers. Bryan slowly lifted the covers and went in. Jonnie started to snuggle with Bryan and Bryan reached out and pulled the lamp's switch. The rooom went into darkness. Jonnie started to place his head on Bryan's chest and started to snore lightly. Bryan snuggled with Jonnie and wrapped one arm on Jonnie's waist. The other patting Jonnie's bunny ears. Jonnie flinched but started to purr. Jonnie wrapped his arms around Bryan's neck. Their legs were tangled within each other but they didn't care. They were both tired. Bryan petted the other's bunny ears and they both fell asleep.
