Chapter 4: The Fight

    Jonnie woke up in a black abyss. There was nothing that was seen except a black void. Jonnie was surrounded by darkness. He was trembling because there was no one to help him. He is a grown adult, yet he can't defend himself. That's why he depends on other people. "H-H-Hello?", Jonnie yelled out. Nothing replied. The quivering bunny started to walk to a direction until he saw light. He started running towards it until he saw a figure. That figure seemed familiar. Jonnie walked closer but stopped. Shit! Jonnie thought. He tried to move but seemed to be stuck in place. The figure turned around and saw Jonnie. "Jonnie!...", the figure said. He started laughing and headed towards Jonnie. "P-P-Please! D-Don't g-g-go n-near m-m-me!", Jonnie said while trembling. The person came up to him and grabbed Jonnie by the neck. "Don't you owe me something? You little slut!", the person said while taking a knife out. "N-NOO-", Jonnie was interrupted when he got stabbed in the eye. "Ahhhhhhh!", Jonnie yelled in pain. The man started laughing. "Jonnie?", a voice said. It sounded like Bryan. "Jonnie...wake up. You're dreaming again!", he said. Jonnie kept screaming of pain while the dude was laughing. The dude ripped out Jonnie's eye and Jonnie woke up.

    "AHHHHH!", Jonnie said straight up. He sat up from the bed and saw Bryan trying to calm him down. Jonnie was shaking and his breathing was hicking. "Babe...it was just a nightmare. Baby it's alright...", Bryan said while trying to calm down the scared bunny. Jonnie hugged Bryan and started to cry. "I-I-It felt s-s-so re-re-real!", Jonnie said while stuttering. "It's alright baby...just a nightmare. I'm right here for you...", Bryan said while rubbing his back. Jonnie opened his eyes and looked around. They were both in Jonnie's room and the lamp was on. Outside the window was a full moon. It appeared to be midnight. Jonnie took a quick glance at the clock. It was 12:56am. 

    Jonnie stopped crying and all you heard was sniffles and harsh breathing. "Shhhh...", Bryan said while patting his friend's back. Jonnie started to smile and his eyes was fluttering. Bryan was still hugging the hybrid, trying to calm him down. "Take deep breaths baby...", Bryan said. Jonnie nodded and tried to take deep breaths but he couldn't breathe. Bryan noticed this and started to rub his back, trying to help the other breathe. Jonnie started to take soft deep breaths. He started to relax more but his back was still stiff. "Do you need your inhaler?". Jonnie shook his head. You see, Jonnie had asthma since he was a baby. He's able to handle it really good. But let's just say, he is highly weak when getting hit. Especially his stomach area. That is why he can't seem to defend himself. And that is why, Bryan is over protective over Jonnie. Jonnie was a weak and fragile bunny to Bryan. But Bryan didn't mind having to take care of him. 

    Jonnie started to cry when he couldn't breathe well. "B-baby! Don't cry...that will make it worse...", Bryan said while putting his hands on Jonnie's cheeks. "Look at me...", Bryan said with a soothing voice. Jonnie placed his shaking hands on Bryan's hands. Jonnie nodded and looked at him. He started to relax and took deep breaths. "That's good baby...keep it like that!", Bryan said, trying to encourage his friend. Jonnie started to calm down. Jonnie placed his forehead against Bryan's forehead. Jonnie was extremely tired because exhaustion and having to take deep breaths. Those two made Jonnie extremely tired. Jonnie closed his eyes. "You okay dude?", Bryan asked. Jonnie nodded and laid on Bryan's shoulder. Bryan turned Jonnie around so Jonnie's back is against Bryan's chest. They both laid down and snuggled each other. Bryan wrapped his arms around Jonnie's waist. Jonnie slumped and started to sleep again. Bryan held Jonnie tight and stroked Jonnie's bunny ears. He slowly had one bunny ear in his hand and placed his lips against it. He started to whisper into that ear, making Jonnie shiver a little. Bryan started to hum a tune into Jonnie's ear, making him slowly fall asleep. After Jonnie was asleep, Bryan reached for the lamp's handle and pulled on it with a click! and the room was filled with darkness. Bryan slowly fell asleep hugging Jonnie so if he had a nightmare, Bryan would be ready.
