Why me of all people?

What happened to her

-Leo the lion-

   "It is happening old friend the dragon is emerging from your key holders body. I pity on the fact that she will re-live that pain once again." The celestial spirit King said as we watched from the gateway to earth land as the dragons emerged from the dragon slayers body's and destroyed the various faces all along magnolia. Truly I felt the pain of my key holder. I promised Lucy that I would protect her from any pain or threat that may ever come her way. Yet here I am simply watching it all play out and unable to do a single thing to help her.

  "I simply wish I could have warned her. She deserved that much but  lady Layla cast that spell and me, Aquarious, and cancer forgot the matter. It had always tickled the back of my mind that  Lady Lucy didn't seem like any normal celestial wizard but considering her ancestry I figured her  remarkable talents was simply in her blood. Not that she was a dragon slayer." Capricorn said and he shook his head in a sad manner and continued to watch the scene before him.

  "But what I want to know is where the hell Natsu is, this is a time that the princess needs him most" Virgo said showing great anger towards the fire dragon slayer. To say I was shocked was an understatement, it had been century's since I had heard or seen Virgo show so much concern for a key holder. But on the other hand I had to agree with Virgo she really needed him right now, but I also had to keep in mind that his father had just emerged out of him as well. 

  "Hang in there Lucy we are all here for you." I mumbled as I waved my hands to make the gateway show Natsu. What I saw on there though almost made me fall back. Natsu was staring down Zeref as he was holding the book of E.N.D and Natsu was pissed. I could see it in his eyes but before Natsu could attck him in any way Zeref vanished along with the book that held Natsu's and Lucy's future. Behind me I heard the rest of Lucy's zodiacs gasp. They knew as well as I did that that book was Lucy's future.

  "God dammit what the hell pyro go after him. I already lost her she doesn't need to loose you too." Aquarious said as she pounded on the gateway trying to break free. But she couldn't and I knew why, because of the dragon that emerged her body all of Lucy's magical energy was depleted. And even if we wanted to go through the gate the king had forbidden the idea, saying this is something she needed all of her magical energy for.

  I shook my head as I left the gateway. I wasn't going to try to get through cause I knew that I would fail. I did the only thing I could do, have faith and believe that fairy tail would help her.

     -with Gray, Erza, and Lucy-

   "What is that!" Gray said pointing up at the golden creature that had emerged from the know unconscious celestial Mage. Erza shook her head and blinked, words could not express or say what she was thinking. All Erza could do was continue to rock Lucy in her arms in a comforting manner. Both Erza and Gray were tired from their opponents that they had just faced but they put that aside for the moment. Lucy was in trouble or some sort of danger and it was there number on priority to protect her. Especially since Natsu was busy at the moment.

  "I think it is a dragon, but why the hell is it in Lucy. I mean I can kinda understand Natsu and the rest of the dragon slayers but why in the world her!" Gray said as he fell on his knees with his hands gripping his black hair in frustration, trying desperately to understand some part of the situation in front of him.

  "Lucy wake up please I need you to wake up. for me, for fairy tail, Gray, Juvia, Master, Levy, Happy, Natsu, all of your family. We all need you, you mean the world to us!" Erza said as she cried out into the sky  trying to release at least a little anger and frustration that lurked within her beautiful body. Erza at that moment had never felt more weak. She was the queen of fairies Titiana, it was her job to protect the guild and everyone in it, and she had no way of knowing if Lucy was okay, or even still alive for that matter. 

  Gray was still sitting on the ground with hands in his hair, he had just witnessed his father dieing, again, and now something big was happening with Lucy and he had no idea  what it was or how to help. He didn't feel weak no he fealt something that in his opinion was worse, worthless. 

   -Natsu-

  I failed him my dad gave me one job and I failed him. I had just ran off after Zeref to find my dad  falling from the sky and the black dragon who was about to do a dragons roar to finish him off. Igneel had told me why he was in my body this whole time and that is why I couldn't find him. But now as I watched him fall from the heavens about to meet his death all I could think about was all the good times we spent together and how much those memories meant to me.

 "DAD NOOOO!"
