"Erza she has been asleep for almost a week we have to take her to Porcilla!" I shouted in her face but she  ignored me and continue to stare at Lucy.

"Let me up there I have to see her!" I heard Natsu scream from downstairs. We were in the guilds infirmary, and ever since Igneel died Natsu hasn't been the same. He doesn't pick fights anymore, and he has refused to come to the guild hall. We were all worried about him. It seems that Happy finally told him though. Happy told Natsu about Lucy.

After we found out about the dragons that emerged from the dragon slayers body's and why, we all mourned for them. But Natsu was not doing well, and the last thing we needed to do was to tell him about what happened to Lucy and put more stress on his table. "Because Gray I think she's dead, or theatrically at the least." Erza said I gasped and put my hand over my mouth in an attempt to swallow down the noise.

"WHAT!" Natsu screamed as I heard more crashing and Mira yelling at him to calm down. "She is not dead I would die before I let that happen" I had had enough of this I sat up from the chair next to Lucy's bed and stomped out the door, on my way out I could see from the corner of my eye Erza collapsing and start to sob on Lucy's stomach. I didn't even attempt to hid my own tears, because I knew that they would just continue to fall.

"Natsu that's enough who said anything about Lucy dieing, Happy filled you in right! Like you and the rest of the dragon slayers a dragon emerged from her body and now she's unconscious." I heard the master say as I walked down the stairs, once they guild noticed my presence they all became quit and looked at me. Most likely puzzled at my tear stained face and my rugged look seeing as though I didn't leave Lucy's side once in the past week that she has been uncouncious Erza along with me.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner huh droopy eyes I above everybody else in this world has the right to know!" Natsu said as he came running towards me and held me by the shirt. I didn't do anything to stop him, I just sat there and took his antics. I turned my head towards the master and Natsu took this as his chance to run up the guild halls stairs and go to Lucy.

"Erza thinks that Lucy might be dead please Erza doesn't see the point but anything helps someone go get Porcilla if anything she can tell us what happened right?" I said as everybody in the guild remained silent. I looked down to use my shirt to wipe my tears only to find that I had lost it. I sighed to myself I wasn't even in the mood to find it right now.

"This is a fairy tail emergency I want Bisca and Alzac to go to Porcilla tell her the situation and that I sent you. The rest of you go to the fairy tail archives and find anything, anything at all that can tell us what happened with Lucy and why. Gray go get Erza from the infirmary, I have a feeling that Natsu won't come with her, meet me in my office I have something to tell you." And with those words everybody got to work desperate to help save the light of the guild.

I made my way back to the guilds infirmary and opened the door. What I found was not in the least surprising on the side of the room was Erza looking out of the window with sad eyes and tears flowing out of the one eye she had that was not artificial. Natsu was a different story he was sitting in the chair that I had had been sitting in only moments ago, the chair was till facing Lucy and Natsu had his hands covering his eyes but from the muffled sobs I heard I could tell he was crying. I did not fail to notice the blue cat that was asleep in a little ball on Lucy's bandaged torso. "Erza the master sent for you and Natsu he wants us to meet in his office he has something to tell us." I said getting both Natu and Erzas attention. Erza made her way out of the room but Natsu, he didn't move an inch. I nodded as I made my way out of the infermary I didnt  expect anything less from the pink haired dragon slayer.

"Close the door." The master said after we had just entered his office. I did as he said and sat down in one of the two chairs that the master had in front of his desk. "Listen because I will not be saying this more than once, do you two know how Lucy's mother died?" He asked

"Yes if my memory serves than she died opening the eclipse gate that transported all of the dragon slayers to this time period, but she did not have Aquarious's key and instead opened the gate by using her very own life source in the keys place." Erza said as a matter of fact

"Yes but what nobody knows is that Layla was my niece, and on that very day I was watching Lucy, it was my fault honestly I was supposed to keeping an eye on her but the guild hall had an emergency and I had to have Laxus watch her. I should have known better Laxus was only a teenager back than so he didn't keep a very good eye on her. So little Lucy went to the eclipse gate to talk to Layla and something happened, and you must understand Lucy had always been a very frail child." The master paused it looked as if the memory was too painful to re live. I ran my hands through my hair as I waited for the master to continue this was all way too much to process. My thoughts came to a halt once the master spoke his next words.

"Along with the dragon slayers a dragon came through the gate and forced itself into Lucy heartfilia's body connecting there life forces into one"
