"Oh God." You mumble slightly to yourself. You had just witnessed your angel boyfriend kill your parents. Castiel looks at you and casually says, "This wasn't supposed to happen."
At this point you don't even know what the plan was. You, Castiel, and the boys were going in to save your parents from the demons possessing their bodies and then everything went wrong.
Dean and Sam were knocked out. Castiel was blocked from getting in with angel warding sigils in the home. And you ended up being on your own getting rid of the warding.
You had just managed to get rid of the sigils when Dean and Sam were knocked out. Castiel came in and killed every other demon in the current room in the most gruesome way possible. Blood was splattered everywhere, especially on you and the boys who were desperately trying to regain consciousness.
Castiel dragged you upstairs to find your parents only to see them with black eyes. "Mom! Dad!" You yelled reaching out to them. Your parents no longer had black eyes which led to you believing they were their normal selves.
You pushed past Castiel, who yelled for you to stop and that they weren't really my parents. You didn't want to listen and ran into their opened arms.
"I missed you guys so much." You practically cried while your parents drew out knives ready to stab you in the back. (Literally)
Castiel pulled you away and with the snap of his fingers your parents choked on their own blood. Killing them along with the demons trapped inside. You had witnessed every moment with your own two eyes.
And that led you here. About to fall to your knees in pure emotional agony. You didn't know how to react. You wanted to scream, to cry, to die along with your parents. But nothing happened. You just stood there with Castiel still holding onto you from when he pulled you away. He tried to get you to react, to really just do anything.
The boys ran up the stairs seemingly to finally regain consciousness. They saw what had happened and looked straight to Castiel.
"Cas, what the hell? We weren't supposed to kill her parents!" Dean yelled at Castiel with seething anger pooling into his words.
"They were going to kill (Y/N)." Castiel states like that would make everything better.
"But you didn't have to kill her parents just to save her!" Dean yells.
Sam grabs your shoulder to turn you around as Dean and Castiel try to reason out what should've happened. You look back and see Sam with his puppy dog eyes and you collapse into his arms.
The boys had always treated you like a little sister, so when you needed comforting you would go to them.
Sam held you in his embrace and quickly got tired of Dean and Cas's bantering.
"Hey!" Sam yells louder than the both of them. Both human and angel looked to Sam.
"Let's just get (Y/N) or of here. We'll come back later for the bodies." Dean and Cas look at each other and agree still with anger and disagreement radiating off both men.
Sam brings you out of the house and into the impala's back seat. Sam says he will be back and that he needs to make sure that Dean and Cass don't kill each other. You only nod and buckle yourself in. Sam frowns slightly and shuts the door. You watch Sam run back into the house and heard distant yelling.
Looking at your bloody hands you can't help but silently cry at the loss of your parents.
About 20 minutes later Sam walks out with Dean and they get into the impala with you. Dean in the drivers seat and Sam in the passengers seat. You thought you heard Dean mumbling about stupid dicks with wings, but you didn't care at the moment.
Dean pulled into the bunkers garage and parked his baby. You quickly unbuckled and ran into the bunker and to your room. Slamming the door shut and locked, you flopped onto the bed and screamed/cried into your pillow. Nobody bothered you for the rest of the day and you were thankful, because all you did was cry until you couldn't cry anymore. Eventually you passed out and dreamed of a world with your parents still in it.
The Next Day
You woke up around 8:00am to the smell of bacon and pancakes. Your stomach growled which forced you to get up and dressed to go eat with the boys.
As soon as you were ready you headed down to the kitchen to see Sam and Dean quietly talking about you and how they were going to deal with this problem.
"Good morning." You say walking into the room and sitting next to Sam and looking at Dean who was at the stove cooking up breakfast.
Dean gave Sam a look and Sam turned to you. You looked at Sam and sighed knowing what was a about to come. "Listen...guys. I just need some time."
"Sounded like you needed a lot of time from what we heard last night." Dean adds. You flinch now knowing they heard you screaming and crying all night last night.
"I know, but if you saw your lover kill your parents then you would be distraught too." I glare at Dean. Dean turns back to the stove and continues cooking.
Sam gulps and then speaks to us both. "So what should we do today." Dean and I look at each other than to Sam. "How about a day to just relax and get our feelings out there." Dean suggests which surprises both you and Sam. Dean never wants to share his feelings. "Alright." You and Sam agree and go back to the now comfortable silence.
After breakfast you and the boys just sat around and chilled out for most of the day. Occasionally talking about loosing somebody close to you and letting out a few tears as well.
Sooner than later midnight rolled around and Dean and Sam headed off to bed. You told them goodnight and after reassuring that you were fine alone, they went off to bed.
Hearing their doors close you smiled and turned around to go read a book or something. But as soon as you turned around you saw Castiel now standing in front of you. He had gotten new clothes and smelled of downy. Probably to make you feel better.
You closed your eyes and turned your head the other way. "Castiel please, I can't right now." You hear Castiel move and before you know it Castiel had his arms wrapped around you.
You tried to fight off the urge to hug him back, but lost and grabbed ahold of his trench coat and cried your eyes out once again.
Castiel stayed with you and rubbed your back, occasionally whispering soft reassurances to you.
After some time you got ahold of yourself and looked into Castiel's blue eyes. He looked back into your (E/C) eyes as well.
"(Y/N), I apologize for brutally murdering you parents. I only did it out of reflex to protect you. And if you don't want to be with me, then I'll understand." Castiel let go of you and slowly began to leave.
You grabbed his sleeve and stood there in silence. "Please don't go." You said so quietly that if Castiel had not been an angel, he wouldn't of heard you. "If you don't want me to leave, than I'll stay." You nodded silently and Castiel grabbed your hand and transported you to your room.
You both got into your king sized bed and held each other. You fell asleep in Castiel's embrace as he watched over you throughout the night.
(Sorry for not updating. I don't really have a valid excuse so let's just say I didn't really have any inspiration. I'll try to update more often. Till next time.)
