She just stares, with more awkward silence. I don't want to pry but I am already questioning things, like how she ended up in the orphanage. "So," I said to Lil "You should probably go pick yourself out some new clothes." And of course she just sits there not exactly the talkative one. All black what else would I expect from a daughter of mine. Daughter, the word just makes me think how far I've come since merely yesterday. We go to the mall and direct Lil to the nearest Hot Topic. "You know," I say to Jul, "this reminds me of our first date. Sneaking in a dressing room at a crowded mall. Since this is the last time we'll see each other for a while." She got the hint and we snuck away to a dressing room."You done?" I say to Lil as we come out. "You done?"she replies and we head on our way. "Had she not figured out you're famous yet?" Jul said. Then I started to fear one of the many things I had to fear, the media. How would they take to this, well I would hope since it's none of their business, but who can tell.
