Chapter 10

Taissa Pov- I wake up at 6:00 am. When It all hits me. I am suppose to go dress shopping. I roll over and kiss Evan on the Cheek and get ready. I write a note saying.

Evan,

I went out to pick up some groceries and I did not want to wake you.

After that I make my way outside and get in the car. It takes me about 15 mintues to find the place and when I do it's packed full. I open the door to find the rest of the girls there sitting and sipping  coffee at a small table. "Well look who finally decided to show up" Sarah says. "I'm sorry" I say. "No hun your fine" Lilly says. "Besides we all woke up late" kate says. We start walking around looking at dresses. It seems to come easy to them. I guess since they have done it lot's of times before. I start loose hope when I see it. It's like an inner calling. I go over and pick it up off the rack. It's so beautiful. I decide to make my to the checkout line. I notice up ahead of me is Lilly, Sarah, and kate holding their dresses. After what seems like forever I finally Check out. "That will definitely bring out your Eye color." The man says flashing his pearly white teeth. "Oh um thanks" I say Blushing. "Someone pretty as you should not be walking around here all alone." He says. I read his name tag. "Brendan" "I'm not alone" I say Guestering to the girls. "No I mean something more than that" he says whispering. This brings Chills up my spine. "The total will be $151. I stand in shock I didn't even bring enough. "Oh wait it says purchase has already transpired." He pulls out a box with a bow. Someone paid for it but who. He folds it up and adds finishing touches. The receipt prints out on instant he writes something down and hands it over. "So what was that all about?" Kate asked concerned. "Oh Nothing" I say. "Honey he obviously has the hots for you that's the first time I have seen him stare someone up and down like that before" Sarah says. We end up getting in the car. Kate insists to drive. "Kate where in the world are we?" "Taissa just relax okay trust us!?" "Lilly says. We end up pulling in to some party hall. "Um guys?" I say. We enter and walk up a flight of stairs. "Kate do they know?" Sarah asks. "I'm pretty sure so" she says. As we turn down a Hallway. I get a blindfold put over my Face. "SUPRISE!" I hear people shout out. I jump to the shocking moment. I take my blindfold off to find Evan he opens his arms up and I gladly walk into them. I look up to see the sign. "Happy Birthday Taissa" I pull back and look up at Evan. "How did you-?" "It was all planned" he says smiling. "Even the dress shopping" I say looking to the girls. They nod their heads. My parents step out from behind.  "Mom! Dad!" They come up to me hugging me. "Oh we couldn't miss it for the world" Mom says. "How did you get out here?" I ask. Dad looks over to Evan. "Your boy here bought us Plane tickets he set the whole party up himself" I run over to Evan and pull him into a tight embrace. "Evan dear she's a doll" A woman says stepping up. "Oh sorry I'm Julie Evan's Mom" she shakes my hand and I return the guesture. "You better keep this one she's is something special, I'm Evan's dad Phil you must be Taissa" "yeah how did you know?" His dad looks at me." Oh he never stops talking about you" Phil says smiling. "Wow Evan you did some good Choosing on this one" says another boy. He pulls me into a hug. "I'm Andrew Evan's Brother" Then another girl steps foward."I'm Michelle Evans sister." Soon afterwards all of my siblings introduce themselves to Evan and then our Families start talking to one another. We celebrate for hours on end. We danced, laughed, ate and talked. My mom had to go pulling out her scrapbook. And started showing Julie all about me when I was little. She eventually drew Evan's attention. "And there she was when she was just in diapers smiling for the camera" Mom says wiping her tears. Evan leans down. "I can't wait to see what our babies will look like" he says smiling. I smack his arm playfully. "Long time before that buddy" I say. My Dad pulls Evan off to the side. To have a talk. While I start talking to Vera. "He's good Taissa you better hang on to him tight." She says sipping her glass of water. "I know" I say. She looks at me and smiles. "You love him" she says. "Yeah I mean what can I say" I say Blushing. "This is the first time you have ever really expressed your love" she says. "I'm so proud of you, of the lady you have become" she says. Evan walks up to me. "Excuse me Vera, but Taissa would you like to dance?" He says offering his hand out. "Go ahead you only live once" Vera says. He pulls me out on the dance floor. "Do I know this?" I say listening to this and we are freestyle dancing. "You should" he says flashing a goofy grin. "Um it's one of my Favorite movies" I say he nods. We keep dancing. "Here maybe this will help" he leans me downward and presses his lips against mine. "Sleepover, stuck by Allister" I say after we pull away. "That's my girl" we keep dancing around until a circle forms around us.  "Let's show them what we got" he whispers into my ear. Before I know it he has me twirling, and dancing crazily. After our dancing fun. We leave due to the fact of the premiere. I go with the girls as Evan leaves with the guys. We quickly race out the door to leave to get ready. This is one of the most exciting days of my life.
